The location was perfect—conveniently situated near a bus stop and right in front of an MTR exit. Our unit was on the 4th floor, which offered a peaceful stay with minimal encounters with others. This made our time there hassle-free. The room was nice, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a pleasant and restful experience.

On our first night, we noticed a faint smell of cigar smoke, but it didn't bother us much since we didn't have children in the room. It would have been a nice touch if there were a dedicated water station for morning coffee, as we were out all day and it would have been convenient for a quick start to our mornings.

Good location, easy to find, clean, cozy, easy to communicate with the property and able to late check in.

It was cold and there was only one regular thin duvet per bed. The windows let pass a bit of the air from outside. We were a bit cold but we also didn't bother asking for more covers because it was late and so tired. Be careful while adjusting the shower temperature. The water is extremely hot and the flush influences the shower flow. Best is not flush, open hot water slowly, open cold water slowly to adjust the temperature and never off while in shower. Just careful.

This is the first night I've spent outside mainland china, everything seemed alien and unfamiliar to me at first, but the stuff was patient to explain how everything in the room works. The room is small, about 2m * 3m only. Electric and water worked fine, facility was clean and tidy. Also convenient to reach Jordan MTR station. Anyway, no discrimination against mandarin speakers 😀 (I spoke mandarin during checking-in rather than English.)

However, the soundproof was not so good that I could sometimes hear the voices and steps from neighbor rooms. Even the room had no window, the engines of cars and trucks on the street could still be heard at late night. This may somehow interrupt your sleep if you are sensitive to noises.

Location is perfect. The room itself is clean.

The host was very helpful, good-humoured and kind and had very good English. When I went to the wrong Tempo Inn, he immediately picked up the phone and helped me. The location was very close to Jordan MTR Station, many 7/11s and a bakery. The room was clean, comfy and simple with lots of storage. A toothbrush and teeny toothpaste was provided as well as shampoo and shower gel :)

The shower lost all heat after 30 seconds and it didn't return, and the shower room was so small that I had to sit on the toilet and arch my back awkwardly to wash my hair. The showerhead was mounted at a weird angle, so if I wanted to use two hands to wash my hair and leave the showerhead on the wall, it was very awkward. The walls were a bit thin too so you have to whisper if you want to call someone late in the evening.

We were able to leave our luggage before check in and after check out which helped us alot in taking our time and just enjoying the city. This location is so near everything — restaurants, convenience store, MTR and Temple Street Night Market. Everything is comfortable, we slept really well. If you're not particular with space and will most probably be out a lot for tours, this is a good place to stay.

Please don't expect that rooms are like hotel rooms. Hong Kong inn rooms are smaller. Toilet and bath is not comparable with the normal hotel toilet and bath. It is of limited space. If you need a large space and don't want to be disappointed, please don't book these types of accomodation and give them a negative rating.

It was in a great location, a very short walk from Jordan MTR which connects you to Tsim Sha Tsui and Admiralty and Central. Down the main Nathan Road a few blocks away was also an Aeon Supermarket and a Don Don Donki. It was also a walkable distance from the Temple Street night market and the Shanghai Street Cookware shops during the day. There were also 2 or 3 Catholic Churches walking distance away. Across one street was a Bread Talk and Toast Box. Across another, there was also an OCBC bank branch to withdraw money from and a Starbucks 100m to the right of that. It's also near the Australia Dairy Company if you want to pay it a visit. There are a couple of direct buses from the airport and there was no need to take the airport express, yay to saving money! The inn was centrally located in a busy intersection so there were no hookers lingering about. The single room was small but bigger than other similar class inns, the bed was almost exactly 1.8m in length, my exact height so my heels were on the edge of the bed frame, not a problem for me, but taller guests might need to keep this in mind.

There was a small cockroach that I killed on the first day in the room and i noticed some booklice? (small jumping insects that were not fleas) in the toilet on the last night, mildly inconvenient. But for this price, it was well within my expectations from someone who travels a lot. It's located next door to a buddhist centre? so there might be some chanting and knocking on some evenings, not an problem per se, but nice to know beforehand.

The room was clean, in a great location, and very affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Basic but perfectly good enough for our needs in a short stay where we spent most of our time outdoors anyway. Beds on the firm side but reasonably comfortable.

Not major issues, but the ventilation could be a bit better (we only had a window facing a dark inner courtyard/shaft) and the bathroom/shower door was a bit difficult to open/close. The placement of electrical plugs was also a bit odd and not ideal for charging stuff overnight, but still worked ok.

Location is great! The building is not crowded so you have an easy access right to the elevator. If you have someone who's not fun with stairs or got a disability to walk, mtr has an elevator you can take just across the building.

Nothing I guess. For the value of money you pay, yiu get the quality of it which is fine if you are not too picky.

I found the reception staff at Cozy inn to be incredibly knowledgeable about the local area. They provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions, which helped me make the most of my visit. Their insights added tremendous value to my stay. I will definitely stay here again.
