We stayed 2 nights in the Hotel Kristaly and it was great, we would most definitely come back. We had breakfast and dinner and it was super, really tasty food and beautifully arranged. The room was clean and comfortable and the wellness area was amazing - pool, jacuzzi, cold pool and 4-5 different types of sauna. The hotel was mostly empty when we were there so it was really nice, a private atmosphere. The service from receptionists, waiters was excellent. Everyone was helpful and kind. We recommend visiting the adventure park near the hotel, it's only 10 min drive.

Breakfast was good, not a massive selection but freshly cooked and a range of cold options. Room was spacious and clean, good shower and toiletries provided. Location was good for my purpose of work situated close to where I needed to be. Food in the restaurant was good and a decent menu. Staff were very friendly and helpful There was a small wellness centre only drawback was having to wait for the sauna to be heated up as only put on at request of guest

Staff was very friendly and the location is great! Parking place is free and very close to the entrance. Wellness part of the Hotel is nice and clean, easy to reach from the apartments. I can recommend the stay for everyone who want to have a short or even long staying around the location.

The hotel looks clean, breakfast was good, bed was comfortable and the room was nice and cold.

The soap dispensers were all empty in our room on arrival. Phone to the reception did not work.

Hotel Kristály is a wonderful place for relaxing. + Beds are extremely comfortable. + Room was clean, spacious with an almost new bathroom. + Spa area is clean, well equipped with different types of saunas & rooms. + Breakfast was very good with big variety and fresh ingredients. Also like bundáskenyér, tejbegríz as not so typical breakfast choice in other restaurants. + Parking space is free of charge. + Bonus, I loved the pine aroma of the room due to the lots of wood used during decoration. Amazing relaxing.

the bubble bath did not work properly, I had to cut the electricity to aovid a flood in the bathroom

Everything! Great breakfast, lovely and helpful staff, clean, stylish rooms, fantastic kitchen. They even made some warm goodnight milk for my 2 year old daughter! Well equipped wellness, not the fanciest but more than satisfying. Plenty of parking space.

I spent a strong minute to remember any bad things but could not find. It was basically flawless. Maybe the wellness should be open during the morning hours, it would be lovely to start the day with some sauna and swimming.

Nice place with friendly staff. The wellness area is super with a large variety of saunas. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The terrace of our room was not seperated from the street by anything.

Modern and clean hotel, I liked the bowls and bed for the dog.

The room was too hot, 29 degrees, and I could barely cool it down.
