- Staff was friendly -The room was very clean - The private parking of the hotel is spacious, and it gives you peace of mind - Although the pool area and the jacuzzi are not that big, they are perfect for relaxing after a long day. We were lucky enough to have the entire space to ourselves - The breakfast was very good and rich. We went to breakfast at 6:30, and there was fresh orange juice, vegetables, and a variety of eggs, milk (plant-based or regular), salads, and meats. Bear in mind that if you are vegetarian/vegan, it may not seem that rich to you

- The mattress was a bit too hard for me, but that is definitely a preference thing

We needed last minute stopover and the reaction from the hotel was spotless despite the late evening hour. We slept very well. The room was spacious, beds comfortable and large bathroom. Even if the hotel was almost full, we also found a parking place for our car that was appreciated. We appreciated water kettle and cups in the room. We only had to wash the kettle twice before using, as the smell of kettle cleaner ( strong vinegar smell) was not properly washed from the device. But once this was done, it worked very well. The pool looked also great, but we did not have time to test it. Surroundings of the hotel are - residential blocks of flats on one side and a parking lot and McDonalds on the other, but it was really quiet (despite 24h/7 service of the fast food) and queue and many cars coming and going.

The earlier reviews said the breakfasts were excellent. Well, not necessarily true if you come on a Sunday and at 9.00. but it was possible to find something to eat.

Staff was very friendly and helpful; they take all the time for you to make your stay enjoyable and give the information you need. The room was small, but so nicely arranged and decorated that I immediately felt at home (unfortunately for me it was just a short stay while travelling). The breakfast was one of the best in the hundreds of hotels that I stayed in; unbelievably good with a wide variety of choice and kept clean at a high rate.

My bed was under a sloping roof which made me bump my head a couple of times; but it didn't ruin the experience. There is just one small and very slow elevator and it doesn't go all the way up.

We had an overnight stop in Gyor and we choose this accomodation. The size of the room was impressively huge and it had a small kitchen as well. It was at around 20 minutes walk from the city center. The staff was really helpful with restaurant recommendations. I also appreciated that we received a bed and a bowl for my dog. The aircondition was very useful as we were in a quite hot period.

The breakfast was quite dissappointing after reading the reviews. There were not really any options for vegeratians. It was mainly A LOT of meat. I also missed the variety of vegetables.

Everything was good, and the hotel met my expectations. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Location of the hotel is good because it is a 20-minute walk from the city center. There is a private parking area behind the hotel, which is perfect but you will be charged with an extra fee for it.

Cleanliness was OK, but there were some grease-spots on the window, some dust in the room and in the bathroom as well. The drain of the shower did not work properly and the ventilating did not work at all. The wellness portion of the hotel is always crowdy and busy, so there is no privacy with that tiny little pool and hot tub. There is a free parking area in front of the hotel, but the slots are ridiculously narrow there.

The breakfast was very rich and diverse (swedish buffet). The bathroom was very spacious and very clean. The location near Gyor Plaza looks safe.

The sound isolation was poor, you could hear very easy noises from the room above or from the hall. The door doesn't isolate sounds from the hal, you could hear every step or word from other people. Also the beds (we had separately beds) were very noisy (they were making noise for every move).

The whole hotel was very clean. The pool and Hot Tub area was great. There was also a great of selection at breakfast. The 24 hour reception was fabtadtic, as it allowed us to checkin flexibly and leave our bags after checkout.

Unfortunatly the bed broke when one of us sat on it to put on shoes, but the staff did see to getting it fixed swiftly. The hot tub jets also didn’t work properly.

The hotel is located right next to the bus stop that takes you to the middle of the city. It is a calm and secure area. There is a great langos bar in the lobby and if you get hungry past dinner time, a 0-24 drive-in Mcdonalds. The room was spacious, had a comfortable bed and a bathtub which we really enjoyed.

Even though there was a kitchen in our room, there was no cleaning sponge or a kitchen towel to wash the dishes with.

The property communicated clearly and concisely on booking.com. The front desk employees were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable with an infant. The breakfast including was versatile and tasty, the staff was quick to help with issues with machines and refill things if the plates were empty. We went to the hotel's restaurant too and not only the food was amazing, the waiters were friendly and approachable.

The bathroom could have been cleaner (at least on places that are not visible on the first glance, like under the sink, something fell off and I had to look under it and had to clean it quite). But it was not "dirty" but more like spider webby-dusty.

We were able to get a good night's sleep. Lot of options for breakfast. Free parking in front of the hotel. Excellent value for money.

We were charged 5% currency exchange fee on the total price of the reservation because we decided to pay with card and the currency exchange was handled by the hotel's bank. It is an exorbitant and unnecessary fee. It was our mistake for not reading the POS terminal screen more carefully but we can't shake the feeling that the receptionist should have warned us about it.
