We loved the quality of breakfast and dinner buffet. Not to mention the thermal pool. The medical massage was great.

The rooms could have been a bit more modern. There were not enough plug points. Especially there was no power outlets on both sides of the bed. Only one side doesn't make sense. The bed was so bad for my spine. Too soft. People with spinal problems prefer a bit more hard beds.

This spa hotel is our very much favourite place. Yes, it is "old time" building, but with excellent spa and very good service. The reception is very helpful, all staff very kind, Ciklamen bar staff very pleasant. Very good kitchen with great choice of meals. During Easter was also culture program organised by the hotel.

We have only one comment to the "culture program" organised by the hotel: Magician was very good, with international approach, life music also very good. Only "issue" is local program only in Hungarian language, which is not targeted for international audience. The lady, which organised the culture program spoke also only Hungarian to the audience and didn't help to understand.

We loved the hot pools with the thermal water. We loved the green surroundings and the beautiful town. the quiet peace and the good air.

We didn't like the very mediocre room we got. There wasn't even a kettle in the room. The room was quite dated in style. They did not clean as we asked. The beds are not comfortable. And we also got two separate beds instead of one double. The blankets are small and there are no extra blankets in the closet. Also missing pillows. The carpet was already old and hard. Very small TV.

Good hotel with spa and termal swimming pools. Good meal at breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was every day the same but dinner was always different. Good room with all nessesary.

Wifi is terrible. Should make anything for better internet. Some times was problem to find parking slot. Staff in the restaurant not friendly. On the evening dinner something to drink need to order from staff and wait, when they come to your tabel. Juice, tea and coffe aswell. Last day they came to us at the end of our dinner. Very strange, because at breakfast it was all the time.

We got a room with half board (breakfast and dinner). Buffet style breakfast had the same menu every day, but the selection of dishes was broad. Fresh dairy product every day. Buffet style dinner had different menu every day and never repeated itself in 10 days that we stayed there. Everything was very well prepared and very tasty. Two kinds of soup, meat, chicken, fish and veggies. Lots of breads that we are unable to find in the USA. Lots of nice appetizers and enormous choice of desserts. We had several pools and saunas in our disposal every day. The hotel is located upon a hill in a small picturesque town. We had very nice walks.

We had a 3 lovely days staying in this beautiful hotel. The staff and the activities the hotel offers are really good, everyone helpful and they know english too! We even rented bikes their and had massage without a problem to arrange it or having problems in communication. The food was beyond our expectations (we had included breakfast and dinner), which was way better than eating in some restaurant. The only minus is that they dont have a double bed only twin beds put together, but I presume this is also due to place being visited a lot by elderly people who specifically go there for the thermal and health part.

The hotel has only twin beds a no double beds. Hope they will change that in the future as everything else was great :)

This is a lovely hotel in central Heviz, which is only 5 min walking from the main streets and Heviz Lake. I booked a room with city (lake) view, which is spectacular. Rooms are OK and spa is fine, but I recommend to add 2-3 degrees to the outdoor pool, because nature is amazing outside but water is quite cold for this part of the season. I think that welcome drinks during the dinners are fine but I will add also a glass of wine and 2 dcl of beer, which would be even better than only non-alcoholic drinks. Rooms are also clean and comfortable. Food is OK but I think that should be improved, especially selection (main dishes) should be improved and I will add more Hungarian dishes. I have been in all hotels in Heviz and this is one of the best hotels in Heviz but some things should be improved. The best thing is amazing nature and park, which is next to the hotel and within the hotel's space.

All the meals are excellent good quality. SPA, pools are nice. The building is renovated. It's close to both the lake and the bus station. Overall this hotel is far more superior than their Aqua if you considering choosing between the two stay here.

The centrifuge from the thermal pool area must be removed as this is a quiet area and it creates a lot of noise. Water games turn off in the outside pool completely after 7 pm, it would be better if it would go until closing. There is only one jacuzzi in the inside area and it's always packed until dinner, maybe consider building in another one.

Excellent and friendly staff, good facilities, tasty food, cleanliness, small park nearby.

Some 500 meters walking to and from lake with steep climb. Comparing to previous years some degradation in food quality (but still not bad). Some contractions on territory without noticing during ordering hotel. Small kids in swimming pool, some in pampers. Sometimes kids in jacuzzi. Small fridge got broken during staying.

We liked the wellness area. The saunas are really nice and beautiful. The pools are also nice, clean, we liked all the different pools. All in all a nice welness experience. The breakfast was good, a nice sortiment of all the different breakfast dishes. The dinner was also nice each day, with something special every day. The staff are all nice.

I would wish an all inclusive option in the hotel like it is in Ensana Aqua. And that all the service of bringing drinks to the table is charged every time.
