My husband and I had a very good experience in this hotel. Both the room and the bathroom were clean and nothing was defective. The air-conditioning worked well too and sound-proofing was impeccable: we could barely hear neighbours or the central bus station - just outside our window (we were on the 4th floor). The wellness area was small but everything was in good working order (pool and sauna). The personnel at the reception were accommodating and kind. We have not tried the restaurant as we had a rate without breakfast: there are plenty of breakfast and lunch places around the hotel.

The only unpleasant surprise was that we had to pay extra for the parking.

The hotel is a well maintained, clean and well organized accommodation. The location is literally in the heart of the city. The interior is far better than you'd expect based on the look of the hotel. The rooms are immaculate, they offer a great selection for breakfast. Staff is friendly and they have a small wellness area, too. Well worth it.

There is no onsite parking, you need to park in a nearby shopping center, for extra fee and hustle. The single room beds are rather short, clearly not made for men over 175 cm.

Pleasant staff during check-in, parking for a fee in a closed parking lot, very clean room including the necessary hygiene equipment. The hotel is located in the beautiful city center.

Dirty pool walls. During the final billing for dinner and breakfast, they charged us for half board and breakfast in addition, with the justification that half board is not half board but only for dinner, because we ordered it until there was room, and that is why the price is higher. Finally, the price of breakfast was deducted. A very unpleasant experience.

I loved the breakfast, only thing I could suggest to have more options for Vegetarian food in breakfast. I could get smashed and fried Potato. Also I would like to thank the Chef for making me special vegetarian dishes in dinner. May be they can learn more variety and offer the same to guests. We also requested to room change as there was bath tub in bathroom, which is not practical to have showers, very next day they provided anti slip mat in the bath tubs, which were useful.

There was no facility given for in-room minibar ( kettle, coffee satchets, etc). We asked reception for the kettle, but what they provided was a little dirty one.

staff is very nice and the breakfast ok.

The airconditioning in the room verry poor and outside tempreture was 35 C so it really need to work better. Then the bath supplies like shapoo and staff were not refiled so basicaly the second day you had none.. The breakfast hours and dinner are a bit strage / you can have breakfast only until 09 and dinner only until 21 so very inoportune for me. Also this hours are for the whole city restaurants so if you want to eat after 21 o'clock will be imposible.

Good selection of food for breakfast, nice swimming pool & jacuzzi area (towels available). Great location in the centre of Kecskemet.

The swimming pool is rather small (but there were not many people who used it) and the opening hours are a little tricky, you need to check it in advance (not every day the same opening hours). In regards to interior design - it seems a little bit oldfashioned, perhaps needs a little bit of update.

The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city centre. The room was clean and spacy. The breakfast and the dinner was delicious. On sunday the lunch was included instead of the dinner in the half board. However we had to be off site at lunchtime, but the chef was so kind and prepared us a delicious luxury cold dinner - what a service, well done!

Church bell was a bit loud.

Breakfast was more then we expected, You could choose out of all different things, was perfect. Our room was small but okay. Next time will go for a bigger room. But that was our own choice. Location is perfect in the middle of the city. Beautiffull, all on walking distance.

This is a big hotel right in the city center in its main square. Its a modern hotel with a nice room with view. The room was comfortable and quiet, altough there was some a/c noises from outside the window. There is a spa, I used the inner pool which I loved. The breakfast was good. Wifi good. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant with good food, but you have other options in the area around.

A great place for transit passersby, in the center of the city.

We had to pay 8 euros for parking, given that the website states that it is available for free.
