The location is perfect if you want to explore the city, all amenities and sight are walking distance from the hotel The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable At breakfast we were served a freshly squeezed OJ shot every morning, which was a nice touch, and the selection of food was great Staff was very attentive and helpful at any time of the day We came with our dog, who we could even take to the restaurant with us, as the hotel is 100% dog friendly Enjoyed our stay here, would definetly book again in the future

At breakfast there was no hot milk for the coffee, we were told to get an espresso/black coffee from the coffee machine and use cold milk from a jar, there was no microwave either to heat up our coffees (i like my coffee with warm milk) Also there were no breakfast pastry options like rolls, however there were 4 different types of breads, all very crispy and fresh (so this is really just a small, personal preference-observation)

All the staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well, we enjoyed the fruit juice shots that was served for us and the the mini cheesey pancakes dusted with icing sugar were delicious. Just about 2 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a 24hrs laundry, where you can wash and dry your clothing, I found that lifesaving.

I liked the hotel and I can not name anything, that I did not like.

Breakfast was ample and room was comfortable, the staff was amazing. Unfortunately, I required medical services and had no clue what to do. One staff member even thou she was finished with her shift, dispatched an ambulance and made sure I was taken care of. I am grateful to the young lady who assisted us.

It was difficult to locate the car garage to park.

Breakfast was very good quality food, no cheap stuff, but not that varied. A selection for all tastes - cereal, good salamis, eggs, baked bread, quality home made sweet stuff - apple pies, cheese pie, pan cakes etc. Coffee was very good - professional espresso machine. Stuff very attentive, especially for us, with 2 babies, it was amazing. Nice free underground parking. Free baby cots for sleeping

It was all OK honestly.

Great location, helpful staff at reception, nice breakfast, great convenient parking garage! Near to a very pleasant walking street! Hotel feels very new or recently renovated!

The air con was set per standard too high, it was for April far too hot in the room and we could not cool the room more! It would be great if as a guest you can choose the temperature yourself. But the rest was all good.

We stayed here for one night, and it was good, all facilities are clean, we got a parking in underground garage which was great as it was during heatwave. Staff was super nice, best regards to Director Elena, she gave directions and explanations how to best visit close by Lilafured. They did accept our medium sized dog.

The place is located central to most of the places we visited. It was more convenient for us.

It is not a dislike but the staff need to improve language proficiency. I understand the patriotism to Hungarian language though just that people will be coming from different parts of the world.

It is a wonderful hotel with brand new facilities and good location.When you enter the code for wifi, you could even control lights and doors with your phone. Room is big and the hotel prepared everything which is needed for travel. The decoration of the hotel is also modern and fancy. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to here.

Nothing bad.

Hotel is in excellent location, modern bedroom, sofa bed was very comfy for the children or adult. Staff are helpful.

Some staff didn't speak Hungarian or English. Some from Ukraine/Slovakia. A bit tricky to communicate but they tried their best to help.

Room was spacious and bright, breakfast was nice and fresh. Location is great with Bus stops/trams stops and malls at a walking distance. Staff was helpful and humble

Washroom has bad smell all the time, not sure if the ventilation was proper. Could have been better for the price charged.
