It was nice, the room was comfy, and the staff was helpful. It is quite close to the city center so managed to reach everything by foot. Got what we expected, thanks!

The parking scheme: the hotel offers private parking, but with "first come first served", which is not so great if you travel from abroad, or you want to visit something around Miskolc, just to realize in the evening that you are locked out of the garage. I get the idea, but felt that the pay-and-have scheme would've been a bit more transparent. You can park in the garage of the mall next to the hotel, worst case scenario, which can save a night... Another problem was with the internet (wifi) being marked as insecure, so work was not possible (well at least not advised), had to use mobile internet. For video streaming / leisure activities it was fine tho.

The rooms were nice and comfortable. Traveled with children and we all enjoyed our stay. The room was exceptionally quiet as if there were no other guests in the hotel.

Some of the staff were not up to the standard. More specifically, we had issues with our dinner. The first night we decided to have dinner at the hotel and while we got what we ordered our friends had their meals not delivered because the orders were somehow confused as the same (we ordered similar meals) and neither the chef nor the stuff that was communicating the order seem overly worried about a family with children staying hungry... The overall reaction was surprising because other stuff members are really helpful and caring. So I was hesitant in grading stuff since some of them are for the highest grade, but others are barely passing the bar.

I’ve been travelling a bit and that is the best hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. There’s a big smart tv to watch your Netflix. There’s also a safe underground parking lot. I had a minor problem with heating and the staff handled it perfectly, and eventually offering another room, which turned out to be better than the previous one. The breakfast was delish, the coffee was real coffee. There even was a sparking wine lol to treat yourself in the morning.

The hotel had a lot of Christmas decorations, it was very festive. The rooms we stayed in were pretty big and modern. Soft beds, huge TV, about 8 different tea options, big shower, big glass windows. We had access to website that allowed us to control our room (turn on/off lights, control air conditioner) and also to open different doors remotely - door from garage, main entrance and room door. Very modern and convenient. Breakfast was tasty. Stuff was friendly.

One room had 1 pair of slippers and another room had none at all. Small incontinence, but it was a bit disappointing.

Amazing hotel. Masterpiece in a middle of nowhere. Usually you can expect such level of hotel only in a much bigger cities. Interior, materials, design, comfort, service - all top notch. Amazing breakfast with high grade food and huge list to choose from. Also private underground parking (free) is a huge bonus to travelers by car.

The only disappointment was a shower. Floor isn't leveled properly and all the bathroom was flooded with water, after a shower session.

The location is perfect if you want to explore the city, all amenities and sight are walking distance from the hotel The room was clean and the bed was really comfortable At breakfast we were served a freshly squeezed OJ shot every morning, which was a nice touch, and the selection of food was great Staff was very attentive and helpful at any time of the day We came with our dog, who we could even take to the restaurant with us, as the hotel is 100% dog friendly Enjoyed our stay here, would definetly book again in the future

At breakfast there was no hot milk for the coffee, we were told to get an espresso/black coffee from the coffee machine and use cold milk from a jar, there was no microwave either to heat up our coffees (i like my coffee with warm milk) Also there were no breakfast pastry options like rolls, however there were 4 different types of breads, all very crispy and fresh (so this is really just a small, personal preference-observation)

The room is more spacious than I have expected. The location is perfect, next to the Miskolc Plaza and city center. There is a gas station nearby where you can find a small shop for daily products. Also there is a local market within 10 minutes walk. The breakfast was tasty with good choice. The staff was helpful and attentive.

It can be that your neighbors are noisy, but the soundproof is a question for many places in Hungary.

I stayed here so many times. In my opinion it is the best place in Miskolc. Underground parking, clean rooms, nice bathrooms. The breakfast is ok , you can find some ok food. The receptionist are welcoming. I always stay here when I am in Miskolc.

Sometimes the rooms can be very noisy. But not this time. And the doors are very load . When opening and closing. Unfortunately.

The fact that the hotel is pretty new, they even had an app to be used directly on the phone to control the lights, ventilation, door and access entries (including the parking lot) which is pretty cool. The parking lot is free (however it can be used based on the rule, first come - first served. The stuff is friendly and the breakfast good.

Nothing to complain about.

All the staff was welcoming and friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was nice as well, we enjoyed the fruit juice shots that was served for us and the the mini cheesey pancakes dusted with icing sugar were delicious. Just about 2 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a 24hrs laundry, where you can wash and dry your clothing, I found that lifesaving.

I liked the hotel and I can not name anything, that I did not like.
