Very central location. Main hotel areas are very modern and recently refurbished. Spa is amazing with multiple saunas and pools of different temperatures. There is a nice private beach too. Breakfast and dinner have limited offer, but are relatively healthy compared to rest around Balaton - though it would be nice to have few more healthy salads or similar options.

The heating & AC system in my room was broken, the staff knew about it and did nothing, so basically there was strong heating constantly on in my room. WiFi around the pool has poor signal and often disconnects. There were not even basic drinks included for dinner, not even water. While the general areas are refurbished, there are lots of side areas that are a mess, with displaced old items lying around. I think for this cost and rating, it should not be the case. The stuff constantly speaks in Hungarian even after hearing I'm clearly a foreigner (but, they were overall friendly).

Breakfast good quality and tasty, but not enough options for gluten-free or lactose-free diet (hotel confirmed that it will accommodate this request) Rooms were very nice and clean - renovated including renovated bathrooms. Great facilities- indoor and outdoor pool. Also nice and clean

Room keys did not work for one of our rooms. Had to ask twice at the reception to fix it. One room was missing towels. No phone in the rooms to contact reception. Would like more variety at breakfast. Needs to have a separate section for gluten- free diet options.

The place is great . Location is excellent , right on the beach . The complex is serving all the needs : beach , pools, wellness , children animations , clubs , bowling , ping pong , etc…bars , good restaurants with nice foods

The grill terrace restaurant staff is terrible and impolite . It’s restaurant manager is a kid . Ridiculous. Even you cannot claim thus If they fix this thing , this is 10 points hotel

Great stay with kids, good food, good facility. Good value for the money.

Rooms are a bit dated but didnt really matter since most of the time spent outside.

The hotel is beautiful, and incredibly well priced. The spa was clean with multiple sauna options. Room sizes were very generous, with shower bath and balcony!! We really couldn't ask for anything more

We have been visiting Siófok and Hotel Azúr for many years now but this year has been the best. The rooms have been beautifully renovated, there is a bigger softplay for children than before and the animation team was very enthusiastic. We enjoyed everything about our stay, the family room, the food, the pool and the lovely beach. We had a nasty surprise on our arrival. Due to an Internet glitch I had double booked our rooms. Staff and booking.com have been amazing about it though and they sorted it without any issues solving something that could have become a very stressful situation. We will definitely be coming back next year, we cannot wait.

We had a sauna in the room which we couldn’t figure out how to use. I’m sure we would have got help if we had asked but we didn’t as it was a bit late and it wasn’t that important. Maybe having instructions in the room would be a good idea.

The amenities, the pools, kids game rooms, kids slide, the private beach, closeness to the train station, stroller accessible.

The food was mediocre. Short kids club opening hours.

Great location, friendly staff, delicious buffet type dinner and breakfast, pleasant stay. I was staying in the main building, so it was very convenient to go to my room.

At lunchtime, I could only use the small restaurant at the bowling club. It was overwhelmed and was very slow...it could have been better.
