Very nicce hotel for families with children (small and big). Connected with aquapark which can be used multiple times per day. Room is quite big. Babycot can be provided upon request. Food was perfect. Playroom for children free of charge. Next to hotel is very nice park to go for a walk. Close to city center.

Only 25 parking places free of charge. Hotel staff could be more servile and faster. No one is smiling and impression is that they don't care about guests. For example you need to request if you need daily room cleaning and changing towels. That is something that should be "must" in hotel with this price per night. In hotel restoran staff do not care about the guests also, they are very slow. We needed to set the table by our own since they just pick up the plates from guests before and do not set the table for 10-15min after guests leave.

High quality hotel, with excellent water park - that includes indoor section with heated water, various slides, family pools, thermal water and spa for adults. At the time of our stay, the park wasn't busy at all, and we could enjoy the slides almost without waiting in a line. Breakfast and dinner were tasty and with high variety of dishes that changes daily. The hotel is a walking distance from Szeged's city center, and some parks, which are nice to explore.

Reasonable priced parking can be found just on the nearby streets.

The Hotel is Perfect, and all the staff speak English so there are no language problems and the staff are also really friendly. We had a room showing to the inner Courtyard, which is really nice and peaceful, also the room was modern and tidy. We booked with Half board, the food at both the Breakfast and Dinner was exceptionally good. The Hotel Spa Centre is fantastic and for real relaxing. We arrived early but were able to take the room immediately at 12:00, we also booked a late check-out so that we could use the Spa Centre and the room for the rest of the day on the day of the Check-out, which would have been available until 20:30 if we had wanted to stay that long and the extra cost was just 9000 HUF (Ca. €23,-) which is very good. The Hotel is very close to the Centre, so you can easily walk there in about 15 - 20 Mins. We really enjoyed everything and will be definitely coming back in the near future.

The rooms were uncomfortably hot (28-30°C) and a/c is turned off for winter. We obviously turned off the heat, but even with it off, we had to sleep with our balcony doors open. Also, the sofa bed is a twin size mattress. It was far too small for a 6 and 9 year old to share, despite it claiming that it was a family room for 4.

Great service, great accommodation, great food, and of course the aqua park is very good, especially for kids under 8 years old... We were very late on the arrival day, due to spending 7 hours at the border crossing, and arrived at 20:52, dinner is served until 21:00, they let us take the dinner before checking in, and also extended our checkout for the next day to be until 19:00 in place of 10:00 so we could use the aqua park, really appreciate that, really great service...

Not really something I could say here, we had only a one night sta, and we had no complaints, on the contrary...

We stayed for weekend, and we loved it. We plan to come back again for spa and aqua-park relaxed weekend. Hotel is connected with the Aqua complex, and that is very convenient. Also, they give bathrobes for both adults and children, which is great and contributes to the comfortable stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The aqua complex was great SPA experience, both for kids and for parents, and the staff at the Aqua-pools were really nice. There was situation when our kids arrived at one of the sliders and it just got closed. When one of the guards noticed that, they specially opened it for one more slide for the kids, just to make them happy. Also, worth to mention that the restaurant had great food - both breakfast and dinner.

The check-out is early (by 10:00 am), that was surprise for us. Another thing we didn't like was the bar service. One night, the service was great, the next one we wer served one drink, but charged for another one. When we ask why, we got rude answer. There are some other improvement points for the hotel and for the aqua-ccomplex, but I will not mention those as they were insignificant compared to overall stay.

The property was perfect for weekend gateway and relaxation. Everything was clean and it was not crowded so we used pools and slides a lot without waiting. It has a lot of slides and pools so it is never boring. Everything was clean we had our bathrobes and clean towels everyday. As guests of hotel we could have used spa and aqua park for the whole day. Spa was also spacious and nice for relaxing. Everybody in the hotel were nice and food was amazing. We had dinner and breakfast with a lot of choices. It was a lot of fun, especially coming with family because it offers pools and slides for kids and adults.

Towels were dirty, I mean really dirty. The towel had many dark stains from something I assume is a period of a previous female user. I do not insist on super clean room, but this was really disgusting. Other think I did not like is that check out was at 10am instead of 11am which was written at Booking. In may not seem like big deal, but pools open at 9am, so you have max half an hour in the pools on the checkout day, and otherwise you would have 1.5 hours. It is a big difference, it should be clear during reservation.
