As a seasoned traveler, I have experienced accommodations ranging from budget-friendly stays to high-end luxury hotels. When booking a four- or five-star hotel, I have certain expectations—spacious rooms, comfortable king or queen-sized beds, and, most importantly, a spotless bathroom free of mold, grime, or cloudy glass surfaces. Clean linens, high-quality toiletries, and thoughtful amenities such as hairdryers, cotton swabs, and shower slippers are also essential for a truly premium experience. Radisson Agra markets itself as a five-star hotel, but unfortunately, the Deluxe Room I booked did not meet my expectations. The room felt quite small, and the bathroom required deep cleaning, including mold removal and grout whitening. While the hotel itself has a luxurious appearance, the surrounding area is less appealing. There was also an issue with my breakfast booking, as a glitch in the system did not reflect it in my reservation. However, the hotel quickly resolved the matter by upgrading me to a room with a Taj Mahal view. While this was a kind gesture, travelers should be aware that the Taj Mahal is somewhat distant, and the view is often obscured by smog. I always aim to provide honest and constructive feedback, and while my experience had its shortcomings, I appreciate the hotel's efforts to address the issue.

The bathroom wasn't clean, I found mold. Booking for 2 adults, the hotel should provide double toiletries. Extra towels. The hair dryer should be in the bathroom *I have to request it)

We enjoyed breakfast and the service received from members of staff in the restaurant, which was excellent and well appreciated. Thanks Sanju and team.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Generally corresponds to expectations.

Not very comfortable beds. Blinking smoke alarm in room which is annoying even with closed eyes. Breakfast is decent, but not of 5 star hotel level. Scam uber drivers flock outside hotel and try to charge you triple prices when you need to quickly go train station or airport. If you don't pay that price, they block your uber trips by accepting them and then not moving anywhere or not responding to calls. If this happens, take tuktuk on the street!

Vegetarian Food and breakfasts are awesome.

Very little options for non-veggies in the dinner on 28th night. There was a fish item some Grilled Lemon Fish which was too dry without any lemon butter sauce. Instead there was a Mint chatni kept beside the non-veg counter. It was strange!! There was another item Lalmansh i.e. Red Meat which was not properly cooked as smell of raw red meat was coming. The pudding was horrible, perhaps the worst I had ever taken. The most interesting part is when I checked-in the hotel I was told that I am entitled to 20% discount on F & B. However, during dinner when I ordered for a large peg of Scotch Whisky no discount was provided. When asked the attendant said Beverage does not include Liquor. Strange!!

I would like to thank Ms. Jannat from the concierge/ lobby , Ms. Heena from travel desk for helping us coordinate with our tours and helped us plan a fantastic itinerary to visit the places of interest. They were so incredibly helpful from helping us check in, explaining about the amenities, the attractions and helped us in every way possible such as arranging cabs, getting us small change and checked in with us everyday to make sure we are well taken care of and comfortable. Thank you both so much. I would like to specially thank Dikshent and Ganendrar from the Wonder Terrace rooftop restaurant. Excellent service and they checked in with us regularly to see if we liked the food. Dikshent informed us the approximate waiting time in advance which we greatly appreciate. He was very sweet and jovial towards the diners and made sure of our comfort. Thank you Dikshent and thank you Ganendrar for making our experience a fantastic one! Also, thank you to Richa from the hotel restaurant for taking care of us during meal times and recommending dishes according to our preference. She also connected with us and spoke to us everyday with such happiness and treated us like family. Special thanks to Javed, from the restaurant as well for checking in on us and helping us with breakfast orders.Thank you Anil for welcoming us each day with so much joy. Lack of diversity re alcoholic beverages. Westerners particularly women like Prosecco…at a reasonable price. Wine was drastically o et priced compared to Australia which doesn’t make sense. Radisson. Should encourage locals to recycle rubbish and clean up and invest in the area and community. Hotels should lead the way. Too many scammers outside the hotel which makes it unpleasant to travel and shop. Educate the locals if they leave foreigners alone they are more likely to buy their goods. Radisson. Should try and lead the way to make India cleaner and the people outside more courteous.

I loved the hotel in general and the selections of shopping restaurants and bar. The staff was very friendly and the rooms super clean

I found the Wifi to be unsatisfying and was constantly having to log in again. The smoke detectors in the rooms have a green blinking light which disturb in the night when trying to sleep. Though I find it nice that there is entertainment for both guests and especially childeren, I found it hard to enjoy my meal with a live band, other guests conversations and a puppet show all taking place at the same time in close proximity

It was beautifull, it was clean, it was near places you want to see, staff was amazing and the food at the restaurant was great. Heena at the travel desk Prantash(waiter with moustache) and the guy at the front desk(wearing glasses) were all amazing at their job. I am very happy I stayed here and will be staying again when I return soon. 12/10

I didnt like what everyody else doesnt like- wifi speed! I needed to do some work and the connection was not good at all. For few minutes is ok and then you can not connect in the next 10-12 minutes. But, still great place to stay

Awesome experience. Very Clean. Nice friendly modern wide open Hotel lobby and good modern Clean rooms. Staff is really giving an extraordinary Service realy well trained high quality. Roof Top Bar with Pool and Taj Mahal View is awesome. Short Drive to the Taj. Good Western Breakfast for Tourists, much choice. Nice help to extend my room in combination with a big International flight After Taj Visit and took care for my bags. Thank you for that.

Need to have more Western style food for Western Tourists or add at least more pictures on the dinner Menu. But good drinks at the Bar.

Everything was wonderful.The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The rooftop terrace is stunning, offering a view of the Taj Mahal.

At the table and in the room, non-bottled water was provided. I believe this was the reason I felt sick the next day. All the other 5-star hotels in India where we stayed offered bottled water, both in the room and at the restaurant. Except for that day when I drank the water there, I was very careful in India and did not feel sick anywhere else.
