It was good however, the bedsheet and pillow cover was not changed. It had stains. Later, I requested the staff to change it and they did.

All were good except the lift though it was on first floor but it a problem for senior citizens or who are suffering from knee pain ... Hope in future it will get repaired

They ask for tip for every single task , like for bringing water bottle. Property was not looking the same as i saw in the pics. Tooooo small rooms and washroom. Washroom was very dirty Sofa was having random stains Tv was not working too.

Front office people should have to be negotiating.. They may consider extra 1/2 hours stay after check out as our train timing was 3pm..They asked us to check out at schedule time..

There were cockroaches all over the room including under the mattress and in the bathroom. Also the reception person was not helpful. He was not ready to pay the difference amount.

Location was the only plus point. Guy was kind enough to spray some room freshener upon asking to get rid of the cigarette smell.
The room wasn't tidy and had an unbearable smell of cigarettes' even thought the property policy is of no smoking they had smoke trays within rooms. Bedsheet had dust in it and there was a pebble between the bedsheet and mattress. I was given a used soap packed in a small polyethene. Had to ask for a new soap and that too was if extreme poor quality. Water bottle was unhygienic. Did not provide with AC remote, so if cold switch it off from plug 0and switch back on if you feel hot. Geyser also didn't work.
