1. Service at breakfast. No salt shakers, had to ask, no serviettes, had to ask. Ideally the breakfast tables should be ready before opening. Staff was short and appeared confused during the busy times. The breakfast in its entirety was good. 3. The beautiful pots in which contained some of the breakfast food items were free standing. No where to place them so it became tricky to serve myself with a plate in one hand and a lid on the other. Unless there's a trick to it that I missed, there's got to be a place where the lid(s) can be placed. 2. Location of Smoking area. Since it is situated past the security, I had to be patted down time everytime I returned from smoking within the premises. Not a train smash but somewhat annoying.

location was excellent, the staff were very friendly and warm. the food was great, chef Gurpreet prepared delicious food for us, Akash, Gaurav, Dini and chef Kranti were super at all times, Promod and his team are an excellent team. we were very happy with our stay. even the security guards at the gate and the entrance were very welcoming and always smiling. we are coming back in January and will surely stay here again. the front desk manager Saurav was amazing too, he made sure we were very comfortable, wish to thank everyone and hayat Ahmedabad for making our stay so beautiful. thank you.

the cleaning of the room was left for too late sometimes and the towels need to be upgraded.

Location next to the shopping mall. Staff at reception, restaurant where buffet breakfast and dinner is served, housekeeping and security staff very exceptional in their customer service and communication skills.

It’s strange that a hotel like Hyatt does not have Oat milk on their breakfast.. only soya and almond milk. World has changed.. they need to keep up with the times. The red chairs on the restaurant serving buffet dinner need upholstery change and foam change!

Hotel served very good breakfast and staff at breakfast area was attentive and pleasing. Polite and professional hotel staff. Perfect location of the hotel, right next to Ahmedabad One Mall. Room size was ok. We expected bigger bedroom considering we chose a King Suite. But it was nice with well furnished sitting area. Good view from 17th floor. Staff both in housekeeping and at the restaurants were warm and welcoming. Thank you to each one of them for making our stay comfortable. Mrs. Mage restaurant chef and staff were lovely. They accommodated our requests to make our meal experience wonderful.

No dislike. Just expected bigger bedroom in a King Suite. No bathtub in Suite... wish it was there. Restaurant Mrs. Mage was nice but would request hotel to add more variety of dishes in it. Menu was international but we felt it could be better with more items on the menu. International vegetarian cuisine is very vast and amazing so there is a lot of scope there. Room had WIFI issues. Hotel provided a WIFI dongle which served its purpose.

There was wide choice of breakfast, but the issue was the crowd. It was crowded and on second day we had to skip the breakfast due to the waiting.

Super friendly staff, amazing location, decent options for food around the hotel. This hotel is right in the middle of a bustling mall and hence quite handy for shopping and food options. We stayed there for 5 nights on trip to India in May 2023.

Lack of Vegan options and staff's awareness on food that could easily be made vegan on their menu. Rooms are a slowly showing ageing as carpets have changed from the original color, plaster was crackling the room from places, and bed's head rest had water seeping from above room.

Well located, next to a mall! And in the middle of the residential part of Ahmedabad. Good property, clean rooms, warm and friendly staff....and great value for money!

Breakfast could be better. Spread was good, but the quality of preparation could be better. The South indian food was not up to notch

Rajesh, the front office manager, was a font of knowledge and offered invaluable assistance in helping with our every need - including making bookings & recommendations for lunch/dinner in other cities to make Christmas and New Year's Eve in India extra special! Akash, the food & drinks manager, was also very helpful and kind, with excellent attention to detail. Thank you for making our stay extraordinary!

We loved the hospitality. The rooms were clean. The housekeeping services were good too. Though the rooms seem small, there is ambient space. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread and was totally worth it.

I was quite disappointed by the buffet dinner on 31st Jan. We were the first to enter the restaurant and had also booked our slot for dinner, but we were seated behind the entire buffet setup. We didn't mind that, though. But the starters were terrible. From the blood oozing out of the chicken given to us to serving undercooked meat, we had to bear it all. It spoiled the entire night for us. The chef looked embarrassed when we pointed it out, and he never showed up after that.

Every thing is good. Good location, very next to a shopping mall. Good traditional Gujarati breakfast. Overall, a nice property

Hotel has some issue with data privacy. Some spammer was knowing that I am staying in this hotel. I was surprised that he has all the details with him like my full name, company name and so on. Probably he has some inroads into the staff for passing classified information. Although, nothing adverse happened to me as I am quite aware of all such stuff but my advise to hotel to keep watch on such issues.
