We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Ashram road, and our experience was exceptional. The hotel's location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the beautiful Sabarmati riverfront. The breakfast was delicious, offering a great start to the day. The ambiance is delightful, making for a pleasant stay. The staff were extremely polite and very well-mannered, adding a personal touch to the service. The room was well-decorated, providing a comfortable and enjoyable environment. Overall, out stay at the Hyatt Regency was exceptional, and highly recommend this hotel for luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt Ahmedabad for my Diwali holiday. The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite, and accommodating, displaying the highest level of professionalism in their guest services. Each morning, I truly enjoyed a fresh and flavorful Gujarati breakfast, which came with a delightful twist of continental options yet remained authentically Gujarati. The dining experience was exceptional, with attentive staff who were eager to recommend something new from the delicious, king-worthy menu. Ah, I’m already missing that warm, homely aura as I leave! The hotel’s modern electric cars provided a smooth and stylish ride, making transportation a real pleasure. And let me not forget the spa—where the strong pressure massage was divine—as well as the well-equipped gym and refreshing swimming pool. Hyatt Ahmedabad is truly a gem, offering top-notch amenities at great value. I can’t wait to return next Diwali and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ahmedabad for any purpose. It’s a perfect blend of modern luxury and authentic charm. Top marks to the management!

Unusual scenario from Indian perspective: The washroom doesn’t have latch or bolt and hence you cannot close it from inside. It may be a usual practice in places outside india but not common here. So, it may turn embarrassing in case you are travelling with family / friend / children. I feel the option of latch should be there. Also the water for flush was visibly dirty. Initially I thought it’s because of inadequately treated STP water. But the staff told me that they don’t use STP water. The staff had no answer for neither of the two issues when discussed.

Exceptionally courteous & well mannered staff. This goes as a shout out to the young staff who were extremely nice & soft spoken. The chefs, kitchen staff, young boys & girls at the dining area did their best to manage the great rush during the meal timings which I think was commendable to see. If you could up the level of cleanliness in the room. The carpet of the room needs deep cleaving / replacement, if necessary.

After having a not so good experience at another hotel, I booked a night at the Hyatt. They instantly solved my problem of storing my luggage for 3 days, which my previous hotel had refused to help with. On arrival, loved the kindness of all the staff, from security to luggage handlers to the receptionists. To my surprise, I was upgraded to the premium suite which was an amazing room to stay in. I can rightly say I truly had a luxury 5* experience. The view of the sabarmati river was great too. The next day, I experienced some great food for breakfast. My checkout process was smooth as expected. Will only be staying here on my business trips from now onwards. I have previously stayed here with my family too, which was an amazing experience too.

due to building work, the location of the hotel was not easily accessible by my cab, so took me a while to find it. wish there were a bit more signs on Ashram rd to guide first timers.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad, and I can confidently say it was a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, making us feel welcome and valued. We had originally reserved our room for two nights, but due to a late-night flight, we decided to check out early. Unfortunately, our flight was later canceled, and we reached out to the hotel for assistance. They were exceptional in coordinating our return stay, ensuring that we were comfortable and taken care of until we boarded our new flight home. The hospitality we received was remarkable, and the overall environment of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing. I highly recommend Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad for anyone looking for a quality stay with excellent service!

Honestly, there’s nothing I could point out that I didn’t like about my stay at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad. Every aspect of the experience was positive, from the helpful staff to the comfortable accommodations. It was a truly enjoyable stay!

Best stay!!! Hyatt never fails to impress !! Food was great & staff was extremely helpful & empathetic. Would like to extend the appreciation especially for Mr. Sukram from front desk who was always ready to help us out with a smile & Mr. Neel & Ms. Kavita from food & beverages. Chef Pankaj took great care of us & was so friendly & helpful which made our stay more memorable. Kudos to staff members who really makes you feel special & helpful & gives you great memories of your stay!!! Nice food , great location...as expected by Hyatt Regency !!! RECEPTION: Check in and the checking out was a breeze; all the reception staff were marvelous from the greetings provided by the manager Sanjay Sengupta to all of the reception staff, particularly ROOMS: I and my wife were travelling with my elderly parents and we had asked for connecting rooms for the lounge access on the 10th floor. Both rooms themselves were really good with ample toiletries, towels provided and the power on jets of the shower was really great. RESTAURANTS: 1. Tinello: We only had the breakfasts here, but were extremely pleased in the fact that the chefs' were able to prepare delicacies, (in a timely manner), without onion/garlic. The spread of fruits, salad, starters, curries and breads was vast. Thoroughly enjoyed all four sit downs. 2. Chai shop: Have always had a 'Chai' at this place, each time that we have stayed here over the past 12 years. My elderly parents travelling with us this time enjoyed their time at this place. 3. Sarvatt: The presentations for the four course meal that we decided to go was something unbelievable. (They also have 2 other set menu- which I believe is a 7 course and an 11 course menu). Have not had a presentation such as the one provided at this restaurant anywhere else that we have traveled in our stays around the world. The four courses that we had was more than ample for our pallets. LOUNGE on 10th FLOOR: The service provided on the 5pm to 7pm slot was great by the staff- especially Ms. Brijal and Sangita SPA: 1. Massage: All four of us had massages booked during our stay and thoroughly enjoyed these. On top of this, we also had foot massages. Special thanks to Lomi, Esther and Mina. 2. Hair cut/ blow and dry etc: my better half also went for this and was thoroughly please with the service provided.

ROOMS: The 'interconnecting door' from room 1041 only closed with a bang. LOUNGE: Paying extra for the lounge access was not really worth it as the only time when provisions were provided was the slot from 5 to 7pm. I know this was not the case prior to Covid 19 and this needs to revert back to those times when soft drinks, Tea/Coffee were always available right throughout the day and to my recollection luncheon on top of the dinner snacks now provided was also provided. SPA: The condiment containers in the changing room showers as well as the massage room showers were flimsy to say teh least and further there were missing 'Body Wash' containers as well.

This is one of the best hyatt hotels we stayed in. And one of the best compared to other hotel chains we stayed in. We recieved a very warm welcome from ms sathi who arranged fresh juice for us. Because the temperature was very hot outside. The room and bathroom is spacious, the staff from reception to restaurant are very friendly and polite. Always working with a smile. Nothing is to much for them. Thank you kavita. They have a very wide spread of food items for breakfast. The food is delicious. they also have dinner buffet option. Try the chinese restaurant, delicious. The hotel is not to far from the main things. You can easily find rickshaw our taxi in front of the hotel for a reasonable rate. Once more thank you ms sathi for making our stay memorabel and pleasant! When were in gujarat again this is for sure our hotel!!
