The location and cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Its closeness to the railway station, Golden Temple and famous city restaurants makes it very accessible. The rooms and the hotel environment is clean and very well maintained. The owners are very responsive and helped us with the cab bookings, which could not be handled by their staff.

Attention to finer details like - availability of necessary towels after clean up without the need to follow up/remind staff. - making sure that cabs booked via the hotel are on time without the need for constant follow ups

Mostly everything.

The gym wasn't easy to access as when I made a trip to it, the door was locked. I was told if I informed the staff that they would open it, which seemed too much of a bother. The lack of a mirror in the room was also a major issue and not enough toilet rolls, in addition to the toilet seat lid being broken and the shower mixer not working well. On day two not enough towels were provided.

We had a lovely big room with a very comfortable bed. Our issue with the WiFi was sorted out promptly and efficiently. Staff were very welcoming and breakfast was delicious. Great massages available in the spa.

We were very disappointed that the pool wasn't open and would like to have been informed of this in advance.

Service is prompt and courteous. The shopping area and the most famous local eats are walking distance. The parking space is available.

Friendly staff & comfortable room

I have booked one double bed room and one triple bed room. I was given both double bed room. After repeated request a mattress was provided on the floor. Hotel blame booking.com for faulty booking, as they were not aware of 3 adult in one of the rooms.

Clean and simple room. Staff was polite and helpful. Location is perfect. Very close to Golden Temple, Railway Station.

Room had a strong LED night light. I like to sleep in dark and there was no way to shut off this light. Should provide more toilet paper rols.
