Food was absolutely delicious and very well prepared throughout, totally brilliant. Great large bed provided as two beds were well put together. Great size room with ample space to move around freely and store several large luggages.

They have a swimming pool which is why I chose the hotel initially. However, the disappointing part was that it was only available from 7:00am to 8:00am ONLY! Not sure why they even have a pool as it was clear they do not really want guest to use it hence the ridiculous opening/usage times. Hotel is rather dated as the lift is something from the 1970’s and seems that it may shut down suddenly. The fixtures and fittings are very dated and rather inferior. The bath tub was filthy and I personally had to clean it for my infant to bathe in. In addition, the water pressure can be said to be zero as water trickled out. It took forever to fill the bath to around seven inches of water. Overall the cleanliness and fittings of the room was disappointing.

When i visit Renovation was going on... Building was old (i would suggest new paint :-D) but Rooms were very good all basic facilities were provided. Rooms were large in size. Though i feel bathroom were small. We demanded for extra bedding & instead of a extra mattress we got the actual folding bed. Hotel is just 2kms away from Partition museum & Golden temple. Auto-Rickshaws were easily available. Novelty Mall was just on walking distance. Best park was open space & covered parking.

Bathrooms could have been large. Also, AC was centralized , we were not able to set temperature according to our need. So, I guess AC controls should also be present. Food as per the menu seems to be expensive. We had tea & it costs us Rs 500. Pool rules were very strict. Without swim wears you cant go to the pool. Timings were also limited. I would recommend at-least for hotel guests these rules should be lenient.

Excellent, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable if slightly dated room room, excellent buffet breakfast with a good selection of traditional Indian breakfast and European options too.

It would have been nice to have some more beer options at the bar.. It was a little distance from the main attractions of Amritsar but easily accessible in an Auto rickshaw in 10 or 15 minutes. The bonus of this was being in a quieter part of town.

This Hotel is well located on the MG Road with proximity to big Malls. But the best part of this hotel was its staff. They were cooperative and efficient beyond words. I would say this is the best 4 star hotel in Amritsar. We also had a decent view from our room.

The frontage including garden area could be improved to give it a premier look. Apart from that it fits well in the cetegory of a 4 star hotel.

The location of the hotel was good. Since the main hotel is around 50 meters away from the main road, it was insulated from the traffic noise. The hotel staff was cooperative and nice.

The wi-fi had some issues which can be handled better. The general maintenance could have been better. They need to make the floors shine and put on better lighting in the corridors.

I loved the atmosphere and garden setting. A haven in a busy city. There need to be more hotels like this in India. The very modern new hotels are not my taste. Spoke to the owner who was very friendly and informative. Probably my best nights sleep in India so far! Great swimming pool.

Needs a bit more love. Owner told me he is renovating the hotel in stages so I will definitely return in future.

I liked the quality in everything whether it was room service ,hospitality,query or any requirement from my side.I am truly very satisfied and would look forward to coming back at the same hotel in my next visit. The ambience is appealing and comforting . Thanks to all of them at ground level and top level of management.

The sign board of front side was inconspicuous.it needs to be highlighted and visible from far away .perhaps a raised signage in the air through balloon would guide well a new comer. Also a road cut directly in front of Ritz plaza(hotel) is required with efforts of Municipal authorities so that newcomers do not meander around the hotel .I missed the front entrance once. Else it is superb Inderjeet kaur

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were also good. The property was clean and among all the best was the staff. Every staff member was cooperative and were ready to help.

The Location. It is in a very congested location. Moreover there should be Microwave if not in the room but at a centralized location, in case someone brings food of their choice from outside and want to reheat the food.

Like this hotel quit and Reception and surrounding area beautiful garden with swimming pool, delicious food and and the staff. Especially madam shurti so helpfull, and humble ,and also so many shops to buying and eat.

the wifi hardly works. They have many many options but one worse than the other. It is disappointing that this nice property will make people not stay if they need to work. Not only the WiFI was slow but kept disconnecting. I had a work with the reception twice, but he had his own limitation, The Management should focus on making this work.
