Minor Improvement: Corridor Flooring From my personal viewpoint, the only aspect that could be improved was the corridor carpeting. While visually appealing, it made moving luggage difficult and slightly uncomfortable. Replacing it with a smoother flooring option would significantly enhance practicality. Apart from this small detail, everything else at The Residency Hotel was outstanding—the remarkable cleanliness, impeccable service, thoughtful design, and the genuinely warm hospitality of the staff made for a fantastic experience.

Ambiance was good.

We booked room for three occupants and paid full amount while check-in. However, additional cot and bed has been facilitated around 12. a.m (08th Jan'25) after three reminders. Secondly, there was no tooth kit and bath towel for third occupant. How this got missed. it's clearly showing lack of communication from front desk to Room service. The next day i have ordered curd rice. However, this was supplied after 40 min.. I am very surprised

Buffet or a la carta is also available. * Daily room service. * Quick and well presented laundry and dry cleaning. * Well presented open swimming pool.

Opportunity for improvement: * Improving level of English on staff. * 1/6 cardio machines worked at the gym. * The security box was broken. * Set of towels provided missed face towel set and bath mat, and the second day, a hand towel was not supplied. * Towel did not appear to be clean

The breakfast and dinner was very good , quality of food was very good. Service support staff at restaurant and at reception where very cooperative. The M-80 which is kept at Restaurant main entry has contribution the path of travel to reach the goal , Its respect.

I find the human touch is missing , the frequent customer who visit to you at particular period of month every year or frequent customer who visit on regular basis the price scheme can be designed to go together and grow together. If found during my visit the hotel was not so crowded as it was 4 years before. I am a frequent visitor ,mostly in month FEB or march every year for 4 to 8 days.

The room was very large and extremely clean and comfortable. There was a small office area and a separate seating area as well as a nice bathroom and a walk in robe. We opted for the inclusive breakfast and dinner deal and the food was excellent. There is also a nice E geisha style pub for a quiet drink before dinner. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful.

Everything was first class.

Stayed here many times, from the doorman to the restaurant crew to housekeeping everybody was excellent. Customer service was great, and always did their best to accommodate my needs..big thanks to both Tannaz and Shanka.

The rain, it rained every day so couldn't use the excellent roof to pool.

Ambience and food were great. Staff were very courteous. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were excellent! Lovely breakfast and lawns. Hotel was very helpful when we needed a doctor and medicine. Thank you.

Rooms need renovation. Quite old especially bath tubs. White curtains very dirty. Ladies at front desk need to smile more.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful at all times and the breakfast was stunning. The garden and facilities were all very beautiful and nice.

The pool did not give a very pleasant vibe with all written restrictions and fence around it.

We chose a suite, and it was roomy and luxurious. Very clean with everything you need. Highly recommend this level to everyone. Staff were terrific, Shankar was very helpful organising us an excellent driver at good rates, thank you so much.

This was an excellent stay. The room was a1-bedroom apartment on the 4th floor with a panoramic view over there golf course. Spacious and clean, well equipped, great service and a fantastic buffet at the restaurant downstairs
