The room was perfect. Nice clean and cozy. All amenities were provided (including water bottle and kettle, towels, bed linen). The staff and their services were great! Overall, my stay was quite comfortable.

The room (bathroom) freshner was not to my liking and it had a lingering fragrance. The bathrooms were clean and the shower had warm water (solar powered), so great! I liked the cleanliness.

Spacious room, everything in new condition. Places to eat in walking distance . Our room was next to the elevator, but we didn’t hear a thing. Very soft mattress. Good AC. Nice shower.

Everything was clean, but the floor was not cleaned with water, only dry swept. There were stains on the floor and dust. Because of this I give a 9 instead of 10.

Stay was great. The staff were super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good wifi speed too. The photos uploaded by the property are legit

Parking space is an issue.. Even though i had a spot to park my bike, it was too cramped up( i am not sure if they have any other parking space available, but the space on the ground floor of the property was not sufficient is what i felt)

The property is well kept. The staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping was excellent and prompt. The location has good connectivity to other parts of bangalore. There are many places providing good food nearby.

The staff is very helpful. The property is nice. Me and my team have been there twice now. Additionally I like the Basic single bed room a lot as it meets the requirement and if very affordable as per the hotel.

Family Room's Bathroom was small

It was clean and safe and had a luxury feel.

There was no tissue paper in the toilet despite requesting it several times. There could have been an umbrella service provided by the hotel to the guests staying there upon pick up and drop off from the car right in front of the hotel, as it was monsoon season.

Staff is very courteous and helpful. Rooms are very beautiful and spacious, it is worth the money. Cleanliness was taken care of everywhere. It is family friendly place, also the surroundings are safe and is closer to market area. Loved my stay there. Would love to visit again.

Hope they had restaurant in the hotel as well.

The internet speed was slow, and complimentary water was limited to just two small bottles, which felt insufficient.
