Nice Breakfast, Good Location overlooking the vast expanse of Victoria Nature Park with a mall with restaurants & a movie theatre very close by. Nice, friendly staff.

At checkout there was only one person manning the desk at their stated check out time of 12 pm. If you know that people would be checking out at 12pm , then why would you not have more people manning the counters ? Also they forgot to adjust the advance paid at check in and I had to remind them to deduct the same from the final amount payable.

Efcee Sarovar Premiere is located in a good area. The popular Victoria Park is just down the road and as is Muni Penda (definitely recommend getting their sweets if you happen to visit Bhavnagar). The staff is super polite. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. Thank you so much for the complimentary pastries in our room!

The food isn't great. For a five star hotel, the quality needs to be at par. It's reasonably priced, but seriously lacking in taste.

The Staff in restaurant were a bit slow and understaffed during early dinner. Just require a bit more training. Spa was overpriced. The therapists were below average and did not reflect the price charged.

I found the staff very helpful and well trained; each and everyone operated as a team to make my stay pleasant ! From reception to the waiters as well as the cleaning staff, everyone put themselves out and went the extra mile

there is little to not like here. an area to look into if at all is to make provision for small gatherings to default into a semi private services space allowing easy networking this can be made chargeable but should be affordable. another bit is to serve high tea in reception at limited times, allowing guests to treat their visitors

One Employee didn’t meet my Expectations Reservations I had with 2 Rooms with 2 Adult, he would not take my word for it. He wanted to see E-Mail , after showing he took a picture.

Most of the staff are very helpful but you always get some who need to be told how to behave with guests .

Amazing Hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations. Comfortable room and clean washroom. The room décor was the highlight. Food was very homely. Awesome tea and breakfast. If you travel to Bhavnagar, this hotel is highly recommended. The rooms were exactly as shown in the images.

There wasn't much to not like. Everything was good. Only the restaurant takes a bit long to bring your in-room dining. Other than this everything was up-to the mark. But this thing can be neglected as the food served was delicious and amazing.

Everything about the hotel is great. The rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast and supper very good with a wide variety.

They had a problem with the hot water. I complained but nobody told me what the problem was.3days I had cold water.

It is really very well run, offering a relaxed feel whilst being of high quality.

The card machines seemed to have a little struggle but sho was a minor blip and all was sorted

Overall a very good experience. Excellent location. Very friendly and cooperative staff. Good choices of cakes and pastries in the coffee shop. A ver good size room. Clean bathroom with good quality toiletries.
