Exceptional personalised attention by all the staff. Special mention of the property manager Suraj Thapa, who not only made our stay comfortable, but he went out of his way to guide and assist us in smallest of issues. Special mention is also deserved for restaurant service staff Harish, who with his colleagues made us savour their choicest delicacies. Housekeeping staff, too, were most prompt. Will recommend to all family travellers. Thanks to Comfort Inn for making our stay memorable.

No chance of not liking anything.

The location of the property is excellent and the flora and fauna within the property premises is awesome. One can also enjoy the organic fruits like plum, grapes, pears etc grown inside the premises which is for free The staff especially the kitchen staff and reception staff are very friendly and courteous, I wanted to name everyone however would like to start with Mr Suraj and Mr Kheem who took very good care of us. Thank you all

Need some more maintenance and cleaning especially since this is a nature resort and experiences tropical weather conditions

We went as a family and thoroughly enjoyed. The property has an amazing indoor pool and games center. For the younger ones there are swings and other games that can be played. The property has also got tie up with an excursion partner with whom we can do booking for activities across Bhimtal and Nauchiktal. Theblocation of the property is on the road and access to the property is easy. The buffet spread for the breakfast is decent. But the day nner spread is definately scrumptious. The property is beautiful. The cottage room and the facilities that we were offered were simply amazing. Very spacious room and prompt service on all parameters.

Almost all hotels close their in-hotel dining options by 11 in the night. This was the only flipside. The breakfast buffet options were a little too limited. Would have expected a little more variation in the cuisine offered. Also, the cottages are not easy to reach for wheelchair based passengers. This option needs to be improved for sure.

The location was Great with beautiful surrounding atmosphere, very Friendly and helpful manager Mr Suraj  and staff ever,  Everything about the Resort was exceptional. It was Greenry. Peaceful stylish, good room with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Nature's paradise. Before detailing I want to acknowledge efforts of Mr. Mayank Verma (Manager) for arranging rooms as per our choice even during the rushy summer, as my mother had knee injury recently. We absolutely loved the whole arrangement and want to thank hotel management for making the stay memorable for our family. This place is close to nature and we simply loved their services. Staff is very friendly, polite and trained. Hotel offers lots of indoor activities to keep you engaged. Swimming pool was much enjoyed by everyone. Live music daily adds charm to the evening. Food is amazing. This was the fourth time we stayed in this property. Wonderful place for family vacation.

The property is beautiful! It has many different kind of rooms with different views altogether. The staff is great. The housekeeping head Mr.Thapa was very courteous and pleasantly surprised us with warm Birthday wishes and cake for my husband! The property is well maintained, except for few things which I am detailing in the cons!

The plumbing ! One needs to wait for minutes for warm water to come into tap. Fittings are old and obsolete. Few things in room weren't clean. Kitchen dustbin had garbage already etc... If maintenence be improved, the property can do wonders.

House-keeping services and hospitality was exemplary. The staff is very good, would like to mention The House-keeping manager Rajeev Tiwari and in FO Pradeep, these people were really supportive and made our stay outstanding. Pankaj in the restaurant is also a very good and sincere individual. Overall, the stay was fabulous and I would definitely like to come again in the near future.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Country Inn by Nature resort and i must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff was attentive and welcoming, ensuring my every need was met and we got room upgrade also,thanks to Mayur Verma ji.It has a very open space so good to walk around and enjoy the fresh air,The stay was cool and relaxing, the view in the morning from the room is admirable.

Great ambience, awesome weather all around in the city as well as in resort. Staff was very good right from reception especially i can't forget to name PRADEEP, Sanjay, Krishan & Deepak. I am very happy the way "FLAMES" Staff served the food and awesome music night with Mr. Mangal, a very kind gentleman & artist.
