EVERYTHING ....simply everything . each and every person starting from the gatemen to the housekeeping and guest relations in the Hotel were very welcoming , very warm and smiling. Members of the staff , Bimla in Machan particularly was so hospitable. Inspite of managing buffets she managed to take care of each individual requests that we made. Chef Mohan Negi and Chef Jeetu went out of their way to give us a peek into a culinary heaven. We kept booking and cancelling cars one particular day due to bad weather and yet the Concierge never ever made us feel bad about that. Every request was attended with utmost care and attention. The stay at the Taj Lakefront , Bhopal made the entire holiday worth it. A special mention of the food ... the food is OUTSTANDING !!!! and that's a very modest compliment . We tried the Machan buffet for all three meals and in every meal the menu was different and the food quality and taste was superlative. When in Taj Lakefront , please try their Mutton dishes ...its a must try thing , no matter what the preparation - Nihari , Rara Gosht or Kosha Mangsho !! Everyone in Machan was more than helpful and suggested different items to try on. We welcomed and loved their suggestions. Taj is known for its hospitality but among them for me Taj Lakefront deserves a special mention. Thank you Taj Lakefront Bhopal for an absolutely spectacular memorable stay

everything was perfect

The hotel is a brand-new, well-designed building that is both super comfortable and functional. I had a beautiful view from my room, and the spa and fitness center exceeded my expectations. It's a great place to stay.

My stay could have been perfect; however, the staff need more training on how to deal with Booking.com guests. I had to check out early and asked for information about the policy, which required me to call Booking.com directly. Despite everything being aligned, I was embarrassed during my checkout when the hotel tried to charge for the full reservation. This led to a 30-minute phone call and a discussion with the manager, an experience I definitely did not expect. Additionally, the restaurant is satisfactory but not 5-star quality. The food is generic with few à la carte options; most of it was available in a buffet that lacked flavor.

Location, aesthetics, food spread, staff at the reception and in travel, the toiletry quality....The most kind gesture (and definitely not something that one could force or claim), was for the property to give us a very very early morning check in. We were three women travelling from different cities to Bhopal and reached by train(s) very early morning and the property gave us a room immediately....6 hours early!! THANK YOU Taj :)

Service from house keeping is insanely slow! It is unbelievably slow. Whether you request for water or to replenish tea bags etc or to make the 3rd bed......it takes over half an hour for anything! The last day, we didn't receive water from when we requested in the morning to even our check out time....we just didn't. This is an unusual thing to see at The Taj.

You are probably one of the best people I have ever encountered at reception for check-in / check-out / helping and resolving things so quickly. Taj is very lucky to have people like you. Thank you to the gentleman at Machan(Reception) (I forgot his name but I really want to mention) for taking care of our dining preferences so well. I haven't yet received such warmth at dining in any 5 star hotel. Thank you brother, you're amazing. I think you guys work tirelessly and make Taj what it is known for. Thank you again :)

More snacking options at the pool side bar would be appreciated. Size of the room could have been bigger.

The staff - Rajat, Lakshman, Priya, Aradhana and the doorman Sushil, the reception staff - everyone was sooooo good ! The staff in the all day dining restaurant Machan were excellent, so caring ! Well done Taj. Keep the staff happy and customers will be happy

The wedding and noise at night. Maybe the glass is not noise insulated. It ruined the night sleep

The breakfast was amazing, quite a big spread! The quality of food was of high standard. The staff was courteous and helpful. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. Spectacular views from the hotel.

Slightly away from the airport and town. A bit secluded but in a serene surrounding if you’re in a group and in a mood to explore the wilderness and the natural beauty the place and surrounding has to offer.

l love the courtesy extended to me every time I step in; I love the ambience of the property. The location is superb. The rooms are very comfortable. The toiletries are world class. The breakfast spread is impressive. The staff keeps asking you to order some from the kitchen. Exemplary courteous service which is so well experienced in all Taj properties.

The only thing which I didn't like was the sliding door of the bathroom.

Extremely Comfortable, squeaky Clean, silently efficient, dignified, peaceful, luxurious, rich and subtle decor, well-appointed rooms, well trained staff, good food, helpful & friendly staff, the humility & genuine smiles must be emanating from top as evident in recruitment policy. I could go on and yet there would be some positive attributes that would remain uncovered.

I did not ask for a hard mattress so the mattress was little too soft

Exceptional stay and the treatment was out of this world. I was early to the hotel since the frequency of flights are too far between the city. The team happily accommodated an early check in without any fuss or charges. And the eye for detail and cleanliness is across the world. The team serves with a smile - always!

The breakfast was just excellent and well spread. The location is just wonderful and there is nothing one can ask for with Taj Hospitality. Taj Pampers guests to the exgtent.

There is not a single thing one can point out for not liking anything. Each and everything is so well managed and so well kept with guests having nothing to complain about.
