This is the best hotel I have been too in my entire life. The staff was friendly and warm-hearted and at the same time extremely efficient and well-trained. Food and drinks were excellent. The building is beautiful and spacious. The park is so beautiful for quiet walks, and you can even see beautiful butterflies there. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very nice and close to the temples in dowtown.

There is nothing negative.

Everything from the behaviour of the staff, to the cleanliness of the room and the hotel, to the prompt and courteous service at the front desk made us feel that we had made the right choice. The location is excellent. Its a central area in Bhubaneswar - close to Acharya Vihar / Jaydev Vihar on one side and Patia / Chandrasekharpur on the other. It is a hop skip and jump from XIM Bhubaneswar. They have a pool, bar and a restaurant but we did not really eat at the restaurant apart from breakfast. Breakfast included a mix of Western and Indian offerings. The live counter menu was extensive. We also noticed a gym and business center. So, all in all this hotel is well equipped. However, what we liked the most was the SERVICE. All the staffers were courteous. They welcomed us warmly and took care of all our requests. Definitely recommend this hotel for business/leisure travellers.

The location is perfect for someone who has work in Chandrashekarpur or Patia. Actually there's a fantastic road that connects the airport with the hotel. The check-in was smooth and hassle free. In fact the concierge spotted me taking stuff out of my car in the parking lot and rushed to help me. The staff are all uniformly polite and helpful. The room was perfect in every way. Spotless, well appointed, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the extensive garden. The bathroom was again hygienic and clean. The drain on the shower area could drain a little faster though! The mattress and pillows were perfect! There was an extensive spread for the complimentary buffet breakfast. Juices, breads, fruits, cold cuts, parathas, idlis, upma / poha, they were all there. One advise. Anything that is ordered like omelettes or dosa take forever. Stick to what's already on display! The garden has a kilometer long jogging / walking track. Absolutely amazing for morning walks! I had a perfect stay. Waiting to visit Trident Bhubaneswar again!

Very clean, exceptional staff, grounds are lovely and so well kept. Lovely pool area. Good breakfast with reasonable choice.

Nothing we didn’t like. it met our expectations fully. The staff are extremely attentive but sometimes service is a little slow. We would have appreciated more choice of non spicy food on the menu. Also there have been some challenges around the booking and payment for accommodation.

The entire experience was absolutely world class. I would equate the service to what one would expect in a Ritz Carlton in the states. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable. And quiet. The staff was attentive, but never intrusive. The real stand out for me, though it sounds a but silly, was the beautiful bar and bar menu. The Paneer Taka tak was addictive and the other dishes we had delicious.

Really wasn't any negatives to mention.

The best property to stay in Bhubaneswar, by far. Amazing staff and the quality of hospitality is the main differentiator. Has that distinct Oberoi hotels culture written over every aspect of guest management. centrally located to many good hotels, restaurants, pubs. 20 mins drive to airport. Check In and Check Out is smooth. Housekeeping and In room dining staff was proactive and loved the attention to detail.

I wish they had more than one restaurant. At least, if they could do their breakfast buffet by the pool.

It is a charming place! We had an excellent two days! We simply loved d peaceful ambience of the place, and d gardens. The food was great. The staff was very very polite n helpful, the people at the front desk-Mayank and d whole team..Rashmita, Nafisa and others, then d staff in d restaurant- Rahul, Pournima …. and others… made us feel at home. We felt pampered 😁

Spacious hotel with good facilities such as lawns, sports facilities with great breakfast and location. Room was decent sized with good decor. The best part was the attentive and efficient service staff.

Can't complain about anything except that the hotel can possible add a few more restaurants.

Staff was great and very attentive. Food was good, we especially enjoyed the dinner.

Our room was a bit dated, floor boards were coming apart and hurt my feet when I walked over the cracks. Also towel rack was coming off the wall in the bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful property with mango orchards, orchard walks, lovely swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had amazing fruits, fresh juices, bakery products, and fresh hot options. Egg options included egg benedict and mangsho egg, which were both brilliant. Despite all the good words above, I have to say, that the best was actually the staff and the service. I might come back to Bhubaneshwar only to stay at this hotel.
