Breakfast spread was good - quality was reasonably nice, though the dishes were repeated.

The service was practically non-existent. The parking lot was quite a distance from the rooms and it was difficult to manage each time. Also there was nobody available from 8 pm to 8 am - the poor security guy had to handle everything on his own. For the cost of the room, I think the service should have been much better.

Very good staff. Very close proximity to beach . Staff clean room every day . Toiletteries are stocked everyday . Food is a little bit expensive but taste is decent . Service is good .

Tv . You cannot connect smartphone to TV . So you cannot cast YouTube music on TV. You are stuck with whatever channels the TV offers .

This resort has a great location and is at a 5mins walk from Calangute Beach. It has a quite big pool which is open 7am to 7pm. It has a Bar and Restaurant and the staff is extremely polite and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The prices were too high for this property. I would pay max 4-5k per room for such a place.

Service and staff were very nice. Check in and check out experience was okay as well. Rooms were very clean. Food and room service was fair for price charged.

I was asked to make the payment after booking from booking.com. In my case they goofed up the payment link, took a long time for refund. While they figured out what went wrong with their payment link. I checked in and made the payment again. When the refund came 5 days after they asked me absorb processing fee for their and their bank fault. I have travelled allot and this was my worst payment experience. In such circumstances hotels absorb the charge.

The first room we were put in was a bit worn looking. The following morning the manager asked us if we were happy with the room, so we told him it wasn't great and the furniture was falling apart. He then changed us to a different room, which was much nicer. All the downstairs rooms have a little terrace that brings you out to the swimming pool. The pool was nice and warm to swim in. The buffet breakfast was good, with lots of choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great, less than 10 minutes walk to the closest beach, which wasn't too crowded. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area, which is quite touristy.

There were lots of power cuts, but it comes back in a couple of minutes. It happened in the town too, so I think there are just too many hotels and businesses in Calangute for the electrical industry to maintain them.

Overall it was the best experience.. the manager and the other staffs were really well mannered and friendly behaviour... The manager was jolly.. The food was great.. be it breakfast or lunch or dinner all dishes were delicious.. and served in a nice manner clean and descent.. the pool was awesome.. and they maintain hygiene and use to keep pool neat and clean all the time.. rooms were also neat and clean.. beautiful spacious rooms with balcony and bath tub in the bathroom .. in short it was fab staying in Casa De Goa the second time
