Beautiful place to stay . Had a 2 night stay in Jan 2024 in this Property . Some of the best things which I loved is the spacious rooms , cleaniness , spacious Bathroom , location , Paintings by the owner displayed in the corridor--This is an absolute masterpiece , Service levels by Raymond , Mabrul & the entire team was awesome . Breakfast is average as there is not much in variety . Some of areas of improvement 1) No FNB for guest wanting to have food within the hotel , there are lot many restaurents but lot of time gets wasted while having food outside as you have to go & comeback each time you feel hungry 2) Secondly The drain point in the bathroom is not sufficient because of which water gets accumulated & after the shower it's like a mini Pool as the bathroom has only 1 drain point. Ideally it should have atleast 2 Or 3 so that water gets out quickly. The only way is to keep the shower little slower My Special compliment to Raymond for his exceptional service levels 👏 👏💥😃🙏. Wishing the hotel a better way forward & great year ahead .

The room was clean, the hotel was away from the main road so hardly any noise during night time, there was no loud music from any other places around the hotel, Raymond the manager was always helpful, the hotel was close to Calangute beach, Mc Donald, Pizza Hut and other restaurants. Overall a good hotel but slightly overpriced.

The hotel makes lot of money since it has many rooms (3 floors) but could not afford to buy a tong to handle bread, nor get a decent toaster since one has to wait forever for the toast to become brown. But above all the worst thing was there was no hygiene whatsoever by the breakfast staff since they handled bread with their bare hands, they were openly consuming food in the kitchen, the breakfast was tasteless, there was not always enough food on the breakfast buffet table, the staff were very slow in preparing the requested coffee and customers were getting very angry because of all these issues. Anything coming out from the kitchen was a good recipe for getting sick. The kitchen looked dark and dungy.

The location was good, staffs were very helpful. The room size was great and the balcony was awesome. The overall stay was pleasant. Breakfast item selections were Good. The Pool and entire hotel was clean being on a sea side location.

Breakfast service was not fast enough. A waiting of 5-7 minutes was there once the item is over. The quantity they were keeping on the serving utensils was less compared to the guests. The parking was not sufficient for the entire hotel. It can accommodate only 3 cars properly.

Clean and spacious rooms. I stayed with my family for 7 nights and with two rooms, couldn't have asked for a better stay. The owner (Ivan Lobo) with his manager (Raymond) where very humble and very accommodating. Everything is very close to this place and one of the rooms was upgraded to superior. Breakfast was decent, only turn off was repeated Uppma (this is my personal choice coz I don't like this cuisine) but there are other choices as well, so I'm good.

Nothing from the hotel or my stay. This is to the people who come here, please respect this place and don't litter and dirty near the pool area. There where some shaddy people who used to sit near the pool and smoke.

The location is nearby the beech and has lots of eateries near by with mcD being in its same building. The room is big enough to occupy 2 ppl and a good balcony view. The bathroom was also provided with toiletries and it had enough space which could be used as a changing area apart from bathing. The place also has a private swimming pool which is great enough to enjoy and have play time with friends and family.

The breakfast menu which is provided is limited and i would recommend to grab breakfast from outside as it will be worth the taste.

Our stay is amazingly comfortable staff Raymond,Noor,Rizwan are helpful,location is at its best 10 mins walk calngute n 25 minutes walk by baga beach, MCd n axis bank atm is there, u will get easily, taxi driver Jonathon was amazing..being two girls trip was safe to feel by Dona eliza stay n staff,owner Ivan lobo is professional n helpful. I like the way serve food in breakfast with smile.

Breakfast could hv better options but I enjoyed my masala omelette n bread n hot coffee.

Hotel is located close to beach, can be reached just by walking. Rooms I got was very specious, clean and with all needed facilities. Breakfast is included, but managed by 3rd party and service for breakfast is too bad. Felt like person who was serving is not willing to give you the breakfast. Also most of the items are missing from their menu, when asked silly answers were given. Taste is not good too… In short, don’t expect good delicious breakfast that you will be getting in booking amount.

Awesome place. Location is perfect. The hotel is awesome.. hygiene n ambience is great and the staff is amazingly helpful. Raymond was the best and he was very helpful and made our stay easier. The other staff including Noor and others were very supportive I planned to stay for 2 days and extended the stay for 4 looking at all the aspects like price, ambience, hotel staff, hygiene, and facilities

I like the most location of hotel which is near to queen of beaches.. The cleanliness, punctual routine... Easy to reach to beaches without wasting the money behind unnecessarily cabs

The hotel is situated at a prime location with baga and calungate beach at walkable distance. Staff is co-operative and provided us with good places to visit nearby.

The hotel does not have an in-house restaurant but there is a McDonald's outlet right below the hotel which is good.. There are many places to eat nearby though.
