No Complimentary drop offs to airport being part of Treebo network

It’s the littlest things. The way the electrical fittings of lights were. The way there were intriguing pieces of art and craft on the walls all over the premise. The way there was an unassuming tissue box on the table. The way the staff behaved with evident signs of healthy work morale. The way we were allowed the extra check-out time. The way breakfast options were satisfying. The way all of these put together provided a certain value for money and brought out into existence honest customer support.

What didn’t I like? Oh let’s see, uhhh nothing. Touch nothing, change nothing, guys. May testimonials like mine bring you the recognition and business y’all deserve. My dad is a 5-star hotel GM since 25 years now. I vouch my absolute sense of satisfaction in having been your client hereby and in mentioning my dad’s background, I mean to clarify how well I know what I’m saying.

Tidy and clean…

We were very surprised about this accommodation. Outside does not reflect the inside. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. It’s not far from the airport and it is situated in a very quiet street. The airco was really good and silent. The shower is cold, but there is hot water in the bathroom but you need to use the bucket and shower the Indian way. Which we liked. For this price we were really positively surprised. We don’t know if this would be a good Location for sightseeing. It is near the airport and we used it for one night to catch the next flight in the morning.

Nothing it was way better than expected

During my stay at Treebo Trend Thoduvas Star Plaza Cochin Airport, I found the property to be exceptionally clean, and its proximity to the Cochin International Airport made my journey extremely convenient. The staff members were not only friendly but also provided excellent service.

However, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in the toilet accessories, specifically the bucket and cup. Even after requesting a replacement, the new items did not meet expectations. Despite this setback, I appreciate the efforts of the staff and the overall cleanliness of the property.

Very clean and tidy place. Spacious room for three. Very close to airport and access to some very delicious cuisine.

Hot water supply to rooms during high occupancy to be addressed immediately. More options for complimentary breakfast recommended

Its value for money. I stayed there for 3 nights in connection with business purpose. I came just to stay only. Room is neat with good ac. Not that big the room though it's worth for the money i paid. Had hot all the time and it's nearly 2 kms from airport. Though I didn't interacted with the staff much, they were friendly I feel. I recommend this place on a near lodging point of view

Bathroom bucket need to be replaced

It was close to the airport and pretty quiet, not on the big street (not a lot of traffic). Walking distance (aprox 1,5 miles to the departures terminal). I did it with my big backpack, but there is asphalt, no need to be afraid if you have wheels. The room basic, but clean and with hot water running. Tv and all...

The window was towards a construction site, but I didn't came there for the view

It is a nice little place for those looking for a budget accomodation. Most importantly, the bathroom was clean. The room though small, had everything that you would need. The Staff was polite and courteous. The breakfast was good. Value for money accomodation!!

Probably, the Treebo policy does not allow you to call the property directly even after finalising the booking. I wanted to call them, but had no contact number to call. The only problem with the room was the smell of a typical room closed for a long time. They should keep the windows open and allow fresh air to come in during the guest change hours.

staffs who works there were very friendly and helpful, they knows English, Hindi and Malayalam language. specially a lady at reception Ms. Simi and the another guy from (Bengal side, i forgot name), they were fabulous at their job. There is no restaurant in hotel, but you can order from restaurant ( tide up Restaurant) as well as Zomato and Swiggi. they were also so quick at service.

breakfast, everyday same breakfast. room cleaning as on request only. Ants in rooms. no other national Tv channels on Tv. Only Malayalam Tv channels.
