Great location, calm and serene. Staff have been helpful and courteous throughout, especially Pankaj who looked after us at the restaurant. Fantastic options and activities to do on site- pool, sauna, walking trips. There were many more which we didn’t have time to explore. The food was also great - be it breakfast, high tea or dinner.

We would have loved to spend more time at the property. The only drawback I would say is the collection of pictures on booking.com as they are a bit misleading. It maybe good to label the pictures to say which rooms they are.

Very clean very good facilities and team of chefs and staff. Chef Vikas Bharadwaj and his team gave us the best taste of northern culture and tips of healthy food. The kulchas and kichdi Were delicious and they were overall very insightful on eating healthy and helped us learn a few recipes too. Pankaj and the housekeeping staff were very fast and helpful in planning our stay and trip. Overall a pleasant stay.

Little ahead of McLeod ganj with access via steep road. Activities’ staff can be more involving when they take the guests out for walk in morning .

1. Great location 2. Friendly and helpful staff 3. Hotel takes efforts to conduct “fun” activities eg Yoga, Forest trails, Happy Hours.

1. Unclean swimming pool and inadequate / dirty changing room. 2. Too many monkeys around. Unfortunately (for no fault of the property) they are intrusive and intimidating

Location was great - nestled amidst the pine trees. The food was good too. But special mention of the most fabulous cocktails and lively bar evenings. They really took care of my son too who is three years old. I want to call out Sneha and Shubham - they were the most helpful staff and deserve a special mention.

The kids club was a nice space but the folks manning it were not engaged nor enthusiastic. The front desk was unhelpful in terms of recommendations for sightseeing etc. - odd since its a tourist destination. Lastly, room service was terribly slow and just never answered the phone.

The staff was very sweet and helpful. I had some dietary constraints and the Chefs went above and beyond in ensuring that our meals met our requirements. The hotel provides shuttle service to the McLeod Ganj Main Square which is also very convenient.

The size of the room/ bathroom is very small. This was the only negative in the entire stay.

Location Staff - Parminder , Saurav and Ujjwal were awesome and the entire staff is beyond amazing Silence and ambience Cocktails were out of the world One of the best ones in Himachal so far.

--> A little more open spaces with covers would have been great. But I wouldn't blame the property though because it's monsoon . --> Some drinks in the mini bar are always a treat. It was empty unfortunately.

The exceptional and attentive staff made the stay much more than it would have been. The facilities are well maintained. Great food and ambiance at the restaurants. The temperature-controlled pool and the hotel theater were big hits for my kid on the quiet mountain evenings. However, please remember to book your pool slots before travel as they are allowing only a handful of guests at the pool at a time now. A small but pretty herb garden was a fabulous little touch.

The approach to the hotel is difficult. Please ask around for the unofficial/secret path to the hotel that would save you a ton of time, traffic, and heartburn. I had imagined that the hotel grounds would be larger allowing some walks in the evenings - but it is a smallish area. The room size is also just ok. Otherwise, great property!

The staff were uber friendly. My senior parents stayed there and were very very well looked after. The staff were very caring . The property was very neat and clean and in a good location. They helped them in every way too

Beautiful hotel , decoration, food and great staff. Great location for trekking and the spa also very good.

I didn’t love the indoor pool, it gets too stuffy inside and you can’t have as much privacy as in an outdoor pool.
