It’s a beautiful property and very well maintained, staff are present at all the public spots and that’s a big deal given it’s a resort. I’ve stayed at other resorts where service was never this prompt or friendly. Every single staff at this resort greets you with a smile and a “Namaste”. A shout out to Krishan who proactively suggested Himachal delicacies to try out as well as showing me the specially created decks where one gets beautiful views of the sunset.

Nothing! I’d go back to stay again in a heartbeat.

The resort has a great location with a fantastic view. The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. This made our stay for five nights memorable. We had a half board plan covering breakfast and dinner. Both meals were at The Edge. The food too was very delicious. Our flight from New Delhi to Kangra Airport was cancelled on March 31 due to bad weather at Dharamshala but the Reservation team (Praveen and Kunal) of Radisson showed empathy with our plight and adjusted our booking without any financial implication. We took the flight on April 1 and then stayed for 5 nights. We got great food and personal attention from Pankaj (Head Chef) and his deputy Ashwani for the 4 x BF and 5 Dinners at The Edge. We also got to enjoy local Himachali dishes every night. Aman and Ajay went out of their way to look after our requirements very efficiently during all the meals and that made our experience very joyful. The Resort provided High Tea in their Tea Lounge every evening between 1630-1730 and Lalita oversaw that the arrangements were perfect. Our rooms were spick and span and the credit goes to Sonali of Housekeeping who ensured that the guests were happy. Overall cleaniness at the Hotel premises was of a very high order and Santosh the Cleaning Lady was a big contributor. The Hotel overlooks a valley and, in the evening, one was entertained by beautiful flute music by Andle Rana who played near the Infinity Pool. It was mesmerizing. Every evening during dinner at The Edge, they also had live music by the Band Nausikhiye which was a perfect accompaniment to our dinner.

The Hotel did not provide any F&B discount on Room Service even though such a request was made. The Front Desk ought to have acceded to our request considering that we were staying for 5 days.

We had a wonderful experience at Radisson Dharamshala. Staff members went above and beyond to cater every need of us. My mom only eats Jain food and the chefs at restaurants made different type of cuisines for her for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was approved by my mom who is not easily pleased. If you are looking for Jain food and Five star experience, don't look anywhere and book this. For us who eats regular food also, it was very tasty as well. Thanks Ajay, Ashwini, Harampreet, Tejas and others (whose name I can't remember now)! Continue doing the great Job you are doing.

The staff at Radisson Dharamshala is excellent and always ready to help. The property itself is beautiful and has amazing views of the valley and is spread out enough that you can take some walks in the nice weather. The pool area is definitely the jewel of the place and you can spend hours relaxing by it while enjoying the nice views. The bar is good as well. My wife and I enjoyed a few cocktails in the evenings and the staff was kind enough to bring us a small plate of food for our toddler free of charge. The food is on point. We tried the in room dining option twice and the service was great both times. The Italian restaurant was quite good and the Bohri Biriyani from the regular Indian selection is a must try. We were traveling with a toddler and he enjoyed the open air play area as well as the indoor play room.

We didn't dislike anything as such. The indoor play area could have done with some more toys. Some of the stuff was broken or in poor state but our son had a great time regardless. I would also warn against having great expectations for the view from the rooms. The rooms don't have terrific views as such but are very comfortable nonetheless and in a property as beautiful as this, you don't want to be spending too much time in the room anyway.

Radisson Dharamshala is a perfect gate-away for families. Besides beautiful views, the staff is extremely cordial and they go beyond the normal to make your stay memorable. Food is delicious and the buffet spread is well thought to have options for everyone. The musical nights at the Edge are memorable especially with the Nausikhiye Kalakars! I would like to make special mention of Chef Jitendra, Chef Abhinav and Ishant from the front desk team.

The hotel was on the top of a hill and the view from the hotel was excellent. Staffs members are kind and polite. Restaurants (one buffet, another Italian) are very good. The car from the hotel to Tibet museum is 1,500 rupees plus tax, takes about 20 minutes.

The wall with the next room seems to be thin. Voice and noise from the next room were a bit disturbing. I would suggest the hotel to allocate guests in every second rooms, with one vacant room between occupied rooms, if there are such possibilities.

Excellent experience from check-in to check-out. The way they have helped my wife who is on wheelchair, the word" THANX" is too small.My room booked was deluxe with balcony , quite spacious with all the amenities required. I had taken half board plan so all four days our dinner were at EDGR. Staff was very nice especially Vikas, Paramjeet and masterchef. Thanx for making our vacation memorable.

Tge hotel in an amazing location. The suite I stayed in was amazing. Very clean, great comfortable bed. Wonderful staff, warm and welcoming, helpful with everything we needed. They did everything to make our holiday a wonderful experience. Especially Preety and Andle who were amazing during our all stay.Anjali from the house kipping was sweet and all the other staff. will be happy to visit the hotel again.

In the wooden room you can ear the people staying above, yet it was an amazing stay.

From the moment we checked in we had a very pleasant experience the entire stay. The staff is exceptional and I highly recommend to anyone to stay at this property if you are wanting comfort, service, and fantastic gastronomy.

Very rarely do I not find nothing wrong with a hotel stay being that I am in the hospitality industry. This property is the mark. I stayed at several hotels over the 3 weeks I spend in India with family and this stay was by far the best.

Rooms were great. 99 percent of the staff was excellent.

Had asked for room with mountain view but despite request was not met. One of the staff actually told us that that none of the rooms overlooked the mountains. After much persuasion, we managed to get a room with the view of mountains. That was not a good start however, the rest of the staff more than made up for it with the excellent hospitality. There was a young trainee who went out of his way as did Ashish from the front office. The chefs and stewards were very kind and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
