Reception Staff and Sky deck staff very helpful. The room size was very good and comfortable.

The rooms are not sound proof and can hear the furniture moving from the buffet place in our room all day. The music playing at the night club or casino can be heard in the room and at times the doors are jarring when the bass beats are louder. This was very unpleasant from 10pm to 1am. The bathroom exhaust fan is very noisy and can be heard in the whole room. People talking in the corridor / passage can be heard in the room as if they are in the room with you. The trainee staff need to be groomed to Ramada standards and their supervisors to lead by example. We experienced poor service on our first day for breakfast at the buffet where no attention was given to us, plus the trainee staff did not understand our requests. This did not give us a good feeling about the Hotel.

Very nice hotel with good quality, tastefully decorated interiors. Warm welcome by the Staff (Ipshita and others). Lives up to Ramada standards. Breakfast spread was good. Central location, close to the main pedestrian only shopping area. Comfy bed. They have a generator (important in Gangtok), central heating. High degree of cleanliness. There is a large Buddha ststue at the entrance.

Food was a bit expensive.

Spacious, and cozy room with a stunning view. Conveniently located with friendly and attentive staff.

The quality of the food doesn't quite match the high prices they're charging. The parking is cramped and the entrance lacks the luxurious ambience you'd expect from a hotel of this calibre.

Superb hygiene, service and view

Access to casino part of the hotel is paid and it is denied to the hotel guests. It is not even open for viewing without payment of Rs 2000 to 5000 per person. Payment without viewing a product is unacceptable. As such we opted out and Ramada lost the revenue.

Hi we were 3 of us Me,my wife nd 5 yrs old son from Goa.Visited in January 2023.Had a memorable stay in Ramada.Excellent hotel with extraordinary Talented Staff.Hotel manager was very humble nd extended all sort of help during our 4 night stay.A special Thanks to all the team members of d hotel to make our Trip really worth it.Cheers.

Rooms were clean nd Breakfast was exceptional. Good food and overwhelming Staff.Delicious Food specially The Prawn Chilli.A very Humble Manager.

The hospitality provided by the Manager in Charge Mr Abhisek along with other staff , specially from the day one till the end the way Mr Abhisek helped us and kept all our request to the core ..... He just made it perfect and wonderful holiday for us .....

The New Year Party was stopped just after 5 minutes after passing 12 , atleast the party should have been carried another half n hour as we experience last time In Elgin Gangtok or PINE TREE KALIMPONG ...it was sad no one didn't listened to our request .

The view of the hills from my room was breathtaking. The staff on duty including those at the reception and housekeeping were quite courteous and cooperative. Mention of Pooja at the reception deserves special mention. She was quite deft at sorting out small problems arising during our stay at the hotel. The breakfast spread was awesome.

The latest model of telephone set provided in my room was not convenient to handle.

Hotel Food, buffet breakfast, spotless clean rooms, room features and size, property location.

Loud music from the casino in the hotels basement late at night. There should be addional sound proofing measures. Pool not usable due to social events occuring in the same space.

Location - amenities - and other usual stuff is all good. nothing out of the world - BUT - it’s the STAFF of this hotel that just wows you. goes out of their way to serve and be attentive. it’s incredible - i almost stay in a hotel around the world twice or thrice a month. but the quickness of their staff and their just immensely helpful nature - makes this property an 11 out of 10

everything excellent

I would have rated them 10, but i thought the pricing was steep. Everything else is great. We had a duplex room which has a charm of its own. It was valley facing, so great views all thru. Staff was very polite and delivered on all the asks.
