property is excellent and well maintained. staff is enthusiastic and very helpful.

property does not allow outside cabs to pick guests from hotel. we had to walk to main road with luggage for cab like goa miles. this is first hotel where cabs can drop, but not pick up guests unless you book cab from reception.

Comfortable, clean, luxurious, in Anjuna beach. The staff (Shill, Sagar, kitchen staff, bellboys), each one were absolutely fabulous service and recommendations for area and super open to feedback on how they can improve to provide excellent service. They listened actively and resolved any issues promptly, my room and bed was super comfortable I didn’t want to leave. They gave me their cell to whatsapp and I loved the ability to raise any concerns / feedback so we can co-solve. The breakfast buffet is incredible and in room dining menu delicious. I felt super welcomed despite the way I was dressed. Ughh thank you Westin Goa team!

In anjuna beach and while it says 18min walk to beach, there is a stretch of road that is very dark at night which makes a female guest feel uncomfortable at night. But they have their own taxis and the staff provides their contact info in case any issues. I did 2 spa massages and the first one was good but second therapist was a miss, would have loved more consistency in therapist.

I literally loved everything about this hotel, the staff was amazing, the service was exceptional and great indoor facilities and decor. We celebrated our sons birthday and they surprised us with decorating the room before our arrival,got him a surprise cake and a beautiful written birthday message for which I would like to send a hearty Thank you to 'Ibalin' for making my son's birthday so special;Simran and Sagar for making sure we have a comfortable stay. A special shout out to the amazing F&B team who put up a great spread of breakfast every morning and I would like to mention some names who went that extra mile to make sure we are happy and indeed we were - Chef Arpita is brilliant professionally and personally who made exceptional effort to take special care of us especially for our son, who adores her and can never forget the wonderful experience he received. Chef Murthy is very kind and he too took special care of our dietary requirements and the other chefs and staff were very very good too. The security team Anchal and Sushil always greeted us with a big smile and were very helpful. It was an awesome experience and cannot wait to go back.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the world. And I’ve been around a lot. The Westin Goa has the best staff ever, super comfy rooms, amazing shower, comfy bed, the restaurant is insanely good and with a very fair price. Me and my girlfriend spent 5 nights there and we didn’t want to leave. We barely left the property because it was just so cosy. The atmosphere of the place is so inviting. The spa also is so good, we went twice. Also fair price. I can’t recommend more.

Having to leave.

There is an instant WOW factor from the moment you walk in the door! The hotel's facilities are brilliant, from the pool, the gym, the spa - everything was excellent. The breakfast is also delicious, with a great selection to choose from. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly - someone in the restaurant told us of the free shuttle service to the nearby beaches which we used a few times. The food in the Market Restaurant was outstanding also.

There are very few sun beds to lie on, so if you're not there early it's difficult to get a bed. The music can be a bit too loud. The bar staff brought snacks which we didn't order, and then charged us 250 INR for them without our knowledge. They also over promoted booking the in-house restaurants a bit too much.

Our stay was excellent. We had a great time. Enjoyed the Spa services and we were extremely happy with it. Overall a great stay

Everything was great. Concerige service should be prompt. We received our luggage after an hour that too after calling 3 times but no luggage at the end had to go down and tell them to send the luggage then only it was received. The same problem was Highlighted by someone in the reviews so I guess the management should look into it. Rest all was fantastic.

Yes it was a nice trip and all staffs we met were nice fellow. We like to mention specially front office manager Ms RUTH who supported us like our family members in every aspect. Who took care of us.Thanks to Ms Ruth again. Also I like to mention to other travellers to meet Ruth for their any short of problems and query. Also like to give thanks restaurant manager R Singh and room manager Sourav for their kund attention to us.

Two things to mention that food price and massage items price should be little more reachable for us.

I visited here second time.. Again It was a amazing stay. They upgraded my stay to patio room but not with pool excess.. Hospitality was super good.. House keeping service was amazing. I am a pure vegetarian person.. Breakfast variety was impressive and 90% vegetarian.. All Bakery was eggless.. Music choice of open terrace resturant was cool. We enjoyed are stay.. Thankyou Westin staff for great service.. Keep it up.
