Everything is great Location is perfect you can visit wonderful food outlets shopping malls inside the hotel place. Staff is really friendly and helpful specially from the reception till food and beverage and house keeping department all of them are well knowledgeable about the area and property

I like the breakfast option but the people who comes for like 3 nights and above it’s will be quite boring to have the same flavors on every day. It’s good if they can add international items as well . Mainly serving Indian dishes and egg preparation with sausages. If you can add some salad sections and some spicy food at least one chicken item or noodles that’s will be great because each and every person who stays at hotels not Indians. Other than that this is a one of the great place you can stay

Great breakfast buffet. Nice and clean property. Room sizes are a little small but well-maintained rooms. The staff was very helpful and friendly except for one person who was rude and unhelpful. I mentioned about him to the Manager.Will not name him here. Definitely recommend this hotel.

That one particular staff member was quite rude and very unhelpful. My interactions with him always left a bad taste in my mouth.

pleasant stay, good location and breakfast was good (still can improve food taste). rooms cleaning and hygienic was appreciated i was stayed 0617....good to stay and thanks to who are all working staff and servants, cleaners

when i enter in the room it was smoking smell, i thought some one who vacat before me did smoke. then later it was good, there was no smell full night, morning again smell started and my self investigated and identified the root cause.....smoking smell was from other rooms and its entering through AC duct. better to improve the system or strictly prohibit smoking inside the rooms and provide dedicated smoking zone to smoker

The location was good being in the middle of the city it was easier to access.

There was quite a rush on the first day of our arrival and the training staff at the reception had no idea about the WiFi connection as we wanted to check our payment details . But we sorted out with our own network. Later there was no such connection problem during the stay.

The hotel location , staff is great.. Very helpfuI . Room size is small and my washbasin was bit leaky in second day .. Also I believe though the breakfast menu is elaborate and takes care of different individuals and their choices..taste wise it can be improved

Since this is a business hotel. I found my stay very comfortable for 2 days. The hotel was clean and easily accessible to any location. Additionally, it is situated within a shopping complex area, hence you can spend time to shop or eat nearby.

The washroom design and the size of the room.

Ideal for a business traveler. Hygienic and excellent Housekeeping. Value for money food. Warm and hospitable staff.

Lack of a cupboard. Bathroom should have wooden tiling to avoid slipping.

As a business trip hotel, I have no complaints whatsoever. I have stayed here many times before.

The air pollution is terrible in Gurgaon, but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

It has many go to food options, has a shopping centre also

The rooms are way too small. The location is good but the entry is a little confusing as it’s in between a mall
