We stayed there from 7th May to 10th may. Our stay was pleasant. We had interface with Mr.Hari, Mr.Gaurav, Mr.Prashant and Mr. Rugved as Marriott representatives at reception, operations and at the restaurant. Everybody was very warm and helpful. Rooms are pleasantly furnished , very clean. We enjoyed the view of Hussain Sagar from our room. Food is excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would revisit in our next trip to Hyderabad.

Swimming pool is in another Marriott property across the road, although connected with sky bridge, it is slightly discouraging to go there all the way.

I recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott and was thoroughly impressed. The staff were exceptional—friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality made me feel truly welcome. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was a highlight, thanks to the delicious food and impeccable service. Overall, Courtyard provided a fantastic stay. I highly recommend it and look forward to returning.

Several people welcomed us with beautiful smiles at the arrival and departure even though we arrived and depart odd hours, which was very nice. We liked breakfast. Servers (manager) came to our table right away to ask drink for each meal. Stuff's service was excellent, and their smiles were genuine. They gave us plenty of bottled water, which was great!! They helped us for a sightseeing by calling Uber. The manager (Rugved) talked to the driver to ensure we would be taken care of. He gave me a WhatsApp # so that I could ask questions whenever I had, and he replied pretty quickly. Very impressive service! I didn't go out, but a lake is a walking distance. We had a peak view of the lake from our room.

We had lunch, and it was too salty for us. There were labels for dishes for each meal, but it would've been better if they had a little explanation what they were. Paper products (tissues, toilet papers, memo pads) were minimal in the room, and I wish they had more quality and quantity for those (i.e. Tissue box was only in the bathroom, and we wanted it in the bedroom too). The shower room design can be improved since it flooded to the outside of the door.

The room was excellent - spacious & comfortable. The facilities available in the room were top class - everything that was mentioned in the sit w was available and working. The staff hospitality was the very best that i have ever experienced. All the staff were welcoming and always looking for ways to help. They took the trouble to do something special for my young son too ! They provided us all the information we need for our travel and stay. The buffet breakfast spread is huge, excellent and very tasty. It has so much variety with live counters and the chouce to customize the meals. We also ordered food via room service twice and the food was great and the portions were more than enough. Special shout-out to Abshar in the front desk and Gaurav (and the chefs) in the restaurant for their special attention.

Nothing really - the overall experience was fantastic. Maybe the bathroom can be a bit bigger with an exhaust fan.

From the first time when we reach hotel we found that the property welcomes us and greet us in a pleasing way. Moreover we like the staff Mr. Sai Kumar from front office who helped us to do our payments and sort out the rooms and do our early checking. Also inform to restaurant to provide us food as soon as possible. We were unable to pay room rent online so he talked to management and accept cash from us. Not only him, front office team , restaurant all the waiters, managers , housekeeping supervisors and attendants, bell desk and security staffs , we felt they were so kind and each every guest is very important for them. I have to say "WOW" for the service. It was excellent.

There was a bad smell from out side the hotel. It is not an issue of the hotel . I think there was a water tank of government. When wind blows that smell comes inside the hotel.

The whole of the staff was exceptionally courteous, friendly and helpful. They acceded to our request to change the room to the top floor promptly without any fuss. The service for the breakfast and dinner etc. was excellent and all the staff in the restaurant went extra mile asking you again and again regarding anything required. The made to order items like fresh juices, omelette, paranthas, puris were promptly delivered. Mr. Sai and Mr. Akshat at the front desk and Gaurav, Arun, Prasanna, Chef Anurag, Kumar, Hussain chef Nikhil in the restaurant deserve a particular mention in this regard. The room was well supplied with all the required consumables. Their Travel Desk is also very efficient.

The location, though mentioned to be on the Hussain Sagar lake is not exactly so. Most of the view of the lake is blocked by the Marriot Convention and access to the lake is not allowed through it.

* It was hospitality at its best from the very word "Go" * My request for early checkin was duly honoured and I am so grateful for it * Even though my desired room was not yet ready, they provided me an alternate room for few hours and then shifted me to my room * Rooms are very clean, bright and good shades of colours especially the carpet * Bathroom was spacious, well lit, with various options of Bath and hand towels, toiletries were duly provided on all the 4 days of my stay, which is very appreciated. * The shower pressure, was quite satisfactory and also the water temperature. * Rooms were provided with Menu cards and in room dining was also impeccable. * Who would knew the chef himself comes along with your food to explain what is what and it was such a lovely gesture * I the the luxury of enjoying a good sumptuous breakfast for over 4 days and the experience was just magical * there were so many options to choose from and attention to details was extremely good * every one in the dining area were always helpful and they would come running to you if we need anything. * My humble and special thanks to Mr. Kumarjit who in my 4 days of breakfast experience, would always be extremely polite, courteous and very helpful. This goes not only with me, he was the same with everyone else. Please do convey my special thanks to him. * The check in and the check out experience was also really swift, the check in was very welcoming in and the check out made me feel that I do not want to get out of this place. * With so many wonderful experiences with Marriott every where else, this would also be one of the most memorable ones. * Forgive me for if I have forgotten to mention the names of who really made my visit great. My humble gratitude and respect to everyone. * Thank you Team Marriott (Hyderabad) Will cherish this for a very long time.

Everything was just amazing.

We stayed while watching India v England Test Match. The staff - couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Particular mentions for Hassan at reception, Asif Shaikh who kindly arranged collection of our cricket tickets before arrival and the excellent Restaurant Manager Mr Gaurav - food was very good and we felt very well looked after. There were many others whose names we didn’t get.

Only minor issue was that air conditioning on in room smelt of damp a little

The restaurant staff were very good to us, despite a slight language barrier here and there they always did their best to make us comfortable. Have to make mention of Utsha who's one or the chef's/ waitresses who was just amazing.

We requested a Cot for our baby to be placed in our room and we got a playpen instead with a wooden base of 3 planks that smelled like urine. So of course we didn't use it and asked for it to be removed.

Everything especially the staff. I had fallen quiet unwell so they sent the hotel doctor, then I got admitted to the hospital and all the staff were at my service early hours in the morning. Each staff looked after me and were sending me messages and looking out for me. 2 staff were with me at the hospital.cooked food for me that was healthy for me. I can go on about this stay because that's how great it was. They packed food for on the go too. The driver then took me for quick jewellery shopping. I mean everything about this stay was GREAT.
