Breakfast buffet is good and the location is amazing for walking around the neighborhood. The staff personnel were polite all through with exceptional service provided by Nandini & Manisha at the reception as well as the house keeping staff who ensured that the rooms were clean and catered to requests on demand.

Random security checks at the hotel reception entrance on the evenings when we are returning back from a day out to rest back in the hotel. The food menu at the hotel can be quite limited for dine in room but one can walk around the neighborhood for a good set of options.

I recently had a stay at IBIS Hyderabad and I must say, it was a great experience. The room was decent, clean, and well-maintained. I particularly want to highlight the outstanding work of the housekeeping staff, specifically Rintu, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. He was attentive to my needs and made sure the room was clean and tidy throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience at IBIS Hyderabad and I would definitely recommend it to others who are looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Hyderabad.

Coffee Machine was not working.

I travelled with family with 2 little children (under 6). Due to this reason 2 rooms were not possible. Staff helped us to allow in one room. Breakfast & buffet dinner were excellent. 24 hours hot water in basin was add-on as we travelled in winter.

There is no provision to order for extra mattress. Room size is small. So definitely not beyond double accupancy. Room service was overpriced.

Room was not that sound proof , meaning outside sound enters the room . For eg , if door of other rooms are open or shut , or if a child in neighboring room cries . All those sounds enter the room spoiling our sleep . Rest all fine .

Hotel location which is easily reachable from ring road. Delicious breakfast needs appreciation. Very good housekeeping and refills. Cleanliness and good carpet work in the lobby.

No valet parking, no assistance at the parking lot, limited parking spaces. No porter service to carry luggage. Rooms are very small for a family of three.No swimming pool facility. Limited staff at restaurants and need to call many times for table clean up.

Good hotel, excellent location, amazing food and exceptional staff. the biggest plus point is that the staff is welcoming and friendly including the restaurant staff. we had a bit of an issue with the booking but reception staff handled it very well. Definitely recommend.

The only downside is that we booked 1 room with 3 occupants but the bed is a bit small to accommodate 3 people.

Food is outstanding..... been there for 5 days and had the best food which is freshly made for every order...... cleanliness, staff is very good.... Have a Gym with good equipment/facilities.... Overall Excellent Rating.

Smell near the outside sitting area.... probably a wastage smell which comes intermittently. Also when walking around that area.... Hotel should work on their wastage pipelines.

The housekeeping did a great job. The rooms were comfortable but too small.

The room were quite small. I think refund should be applicable to all packages and cards. So that it is easier for people who travel for business purpose. I wasn't carrying my credit card unfortunately and had to complete my stay.

i did not like the staff calling me before checking in and telling me that the credit card would be charged. i said you can charge it thanx for the information, before they even heard me or completedmy sentence. they hanged up right on my face almost two times. that was really rude. i took time to walk out of meeting to attend this call and they behaved so unproffesional way. rest everything else relating to my stay was amazing.

Ibis Hotel's location is accessive to the area I need to go. The staffs are professional and very helpful. And special thanks to Mr. CHANDU who is in the reception. He was the one who processed my check in and check out. He is extremely accomodating, helpful and professional. He is a gem for the Ibis Hotel.
