I liked this hotel very much. its in a relatively quiet street in a noisy city. The rooms big and well appointed. Everything works. The staff went beyond what I could have reasonably expected. The help to get a SIM card saved me a lot of time and possible hassle. The Breakfast had decent coffee and some western items as well as Indian food. No evening restaurant but some good eating places and shops nearby. Its near to the Metro too.

Everything, it was like coming home. The staff were all wonderful, every one from room boy, kitchen staff front desk without exception. Gita on the front desk excelled, she made me so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. As an older female European solo traveller who has stayed in many hotels in India, I would recommend this hotel which made me feel so comfortable. Thank you to all the staff

There was nothing for me to dislike, though if you were driving and parking the access road was extremely busy

The kitchen and restaurant as well as Housekeeping staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the meeting with the manager although brief was very welcoming.

The Reception team didn’t try to be forthcoming with travel in general ... could not find taxis readily and the staff did not make any extra effort to provide assistance there or show some flexibility in sightseeing transport since only offered whole daylong excursion and not tailored to our needs or requests

Everything was perfect.

Breakfast was really excellent, and there were items that are covering almost the likeable’s of the South Indian menu Apart from that, There was one guy by name SWAMI was really a gem His services are excellent and prompt The reception was always well coming, and and there for , any kind of advice and help

The beds were Saggy and we had some body aches after the Stay

Friendly staff, nice room, room attendant Swamy was exceptional. Overall, it was a nice place to stay with family.

Location. Hotel is located in a lane and sometimes cabs refuse to drop at the hotel. They will drop you on the main road and you have to walk all the way back to the hotel. Bathroom: The whole bathroom gets wet aftershower and the next person will get a wet bathroom to use.

We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet clean and well run hotel. Centrally located to all the major attractions. Set breakfast was well presented and great variety for these 2 Australian travellers with a good mix of western and Indian food at a reasonable price. Staff were attentive and very helpful.

The room was very spacious. They cleaned it every day. Provided towels ,soaps ,water every day. Everything was fine.. staff was very nice. Breakfast was really good.. Arranged car for site seeing...

Everything was good...Location is little inside for the taxis to come inside but it's not big problem when you see the rooms... Thank you Booking.com for booking the room without any payments....

The Staff was extremely pleasant. Mr. Ali was very co-operative. The rest of the staff was also very professional.

Everything was superb except getting lunch and dinner. The hotel only provides breakfast till 11 am. There should be a microwave oven by which guests can at least make their food get hot.

I am a French tourist. this hotel is very good and not expensive. the rooms are spacious, pretty and clean. the staff are helpful and very friendly. the photos correspond exactly to the hotel. I really recommend this hotel. I went to several other hotels, more expensive, with false reviews and false photos but you can book this without surprise.
