Location was ok. There is a Cafe below the hotel owned by Somebody else which is fantastic. The Coffee in the cafe is absolutely mind blowing but The coffee in the hotel is worst.
Don’t know where to start. The staff claim Hot water is 24/7 but we took bath at 08:00 am and no sign of Hot water. And the Staff checks and shows you hot water at 13:00 hrs. AC did not work at all. Me and my 8 year old son were travelling. He wanted to sleep in the afternoon. AC was not working. informed reception multiple times. no response they said manager has to come. I asked whether they can shift room. they said fully booked. Then manager came and saw and asked to change room. don’t know how this room became available now. son had slept by then. we continued in that room itself. don’t expect anything at breakfast. Only one poori , poha , egg and coffee. Very bad tasting butter also. probably they use margarine. if choosin this hotel better choose without Breakafat. Most of the guests here seem like unmarrried couple. so management not interested in Maintenance at all. the Towels were so hard. Very bad check out experience also. they will keep calling you from 12:00 saying they have to give the room to someone else. we were in the same floor till 17:00 hrs in our friends room waiting for the flight. not one person checked in. but they keep calling and irritating us to leave the property. The topper was the manager in charge. he is probably the person who only cares about money and nothing else. no experience whatsoever. you have paid money so I am doing this. terrible mistake in staying here.
