Was impressed that the AC was kept on at all times.Very well lit n spacious room plus wardrobes too 👌. Amongst the staff Nikki is wonderful n best at her job. Loved the options served for breakfast.Room cleaning staff also excellent.

The main room door is too heavy and difficult to open n shut.In the washroom the shower door was not leakproof,all the water comes out and accumulates near the washbasin while bathing.There were not enough hooks or rails for drying towel n napkins.The plug points too were'nt easily accessible.There was no stand for the hair dryer.The couch was slouching n not firm.We used service of the Qalm spa which is part of Marriott but when we asked the staff at the spa for offers they denied being part of Marriott n said we r third party which was quite absurd.

I liked Marriot so much, that i bought their membership. It offers the best Dinner & breakfast in Indore. It has gym just for name sake. Fruits were kept in gym. I liked that. Rooms should be little bit bigger. Bathtub is a must, if you charge so much. Can’t expect what you get in Mumbai’s Five star but ambience and property is awesome. Cake shop is awesome & you should try their mawa cake. Surely i will stay there again. The most important thing is that they have lot of items in their buffet service & 9 to 11 salads. Thank you Marriot.

Room size, no bathtub, gym for name sake. People are getting health conscious. Get machines in gym.

The staff was very good our relation manager Nikita was very good she also arranged a surprise cake and flowers in our room when she came to know about our anniversary .

CLUB LOUNGE - They serve limited imfl brands with limited choice of snacks no proper bar tender for good cocktails need improvement here otherwise property and all services including Breakfast are too good .

Staff was helping & courteous. Room service was prompt. Hotel was very clean. Bathroom was very well maintained. Room view was good. Access control key based elevator operation is impressive, but I feel if a couple checks -in, individual key cards should be offered at the time of check-in.

Live pasta, live pizza & many other 'live' dishes were a disappointment. Instead regular buffet was very good. I mentioned at counter during check-in that I was not on a business trip, I feel, they could've given me some information over a page or some small booklet or even a soft file over whatsapp to help me make most of my stay in the form of a list of various facilities available for me & my family, Nearby attractions, some things about Indore city, it was simply like walking into an oyo hotel. You pay for food & bed and just leave. I was left to explore about the options, whereas I feel as a guest, I could've been offered by hotel. Even a small whatsapp file could've been a big help. At-least a route map of various facilities & fire exit etc should have been provided.

Location and Lobby is great . The room amenities are good. There is ample parking space.

The breakfast serving place was untidy. No proper service at the breakfast. There is quantum improvement required even in concierge and baggage handling. The staff looked quite untrained and rude. They certainly don't represent marriot class

It was a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast spread was sumptuous. Prompt room service and impeccable hospitality. A special shout out to Amit, Neha, and Manoja, at the two adjoining restaurants on the ground floor, for being so attentive yet never coming in the way. The reception staff were also super professional and always willing to help. They were kind enough to facilitate both an early check-in and a late checkout.

Rooms are a tad rundown and can do with some overhaul.

Great location, excellent breakfast, good food and very nice general ambience.

The airconditioner control was defunct. Room freezing cold. Had to turn off the AC everyday on returning to the room. Mentioned this to front desk, but was not attended during my stay. Perhaps they were super-busy because of some wedding parties in the hotel. The sliding door of the toilet is not a good design. Excessively heavy and inconvenient. The tariff is a tad expensive.

Location and amenities, staffs cooperation and behavior.

Privatised and better parking facilities + the room's refrigerator was not working properly (though I ordered ice cubes which was delivered in no time, but still, I think it should be rectified)

Our stay exceeded our expectations. The property was exquisite and the staff was lovely. Special shout-out to Sakshi and Vaibhavi for arranging everything with the room decoration. It was so so good, can’t express in words. They were so kind and accommodating. We were happy by their service.

Excellent hotel suitable for foreigners. Special thanks to the Chef of the One Asia restaurant for a wonderful treat.

Sometimes the towels and robes were washed out and didn't look neat. But this problem was easily solved.
