Room and washroom were decent in size. Bed was comfortable.

The overall property was very spooky and dark with very congested alleyways for rooms. More like a small and dark little hotel. Even though the bungalow is huge from the outside, the owners have reserved a very small portion at the back for homestays. At night, there is complete darkness and it feels very spooky. Even the caretaker leaves at night leaving you completely alone. They have ample parking space inside and yet you need to park your car on the road. The room has two led bulbs for lighting and very basic and rudimentary arrangements. They need to improve the lighting of the room to make it more cozy. Maybe add some ambient lighting? The entrance and outside of the bungalow also needs some lights. Overall a very average and spooky experience.

Beware of room size, photos of bed, and actual size of bed, definition of futon bed by the owner. There suite having two rooms, each having large beds around 6x12 feet can easily accomodate 4 persons each, is fine. But on the other hand, family room which has a bed little wider than 6x6 and they expect 5 persons to fit in. When protested, the owner provided a mattress (he calls it futon bed), which was no more thicker than a jaipuri razai. BEWARE of FAMILY ROOM.

This review is only about my personal experience with this homestay... We (04 adults and 04 children) reached at the homestay by 12:05, after the check-in time. No one was there at reception and even the rooms were not ready for check-in. When called the owner on phone, he gave directions to us to tell house keeper to clean the rooms, which means the guests coming to stay, have to personally be there when rooms are being cleaned and ensure the cleanliness of rooms. After some time someone came (may be the respected owner) and directly asked us to pay the balance amount and IDs without having a view of rooms, whether rooms are ready for check-in or not. We requested him to please have a look over rooms which are not ready for check-in. He replied, "room saaf ho to rahe hain" with a look of attitude that he is owner and we have made a mistake that booked his property. After 10 minutes he came and told us that one room is ready and again asked us for balance amount and IDs. Looking like that he was not bothered for rooms and guests, only for "money". We paid balance amount... At 01:10 PM rooms were ready... But on entering rooms we observed that there was no bathroom sleeper. When asked the owner, he told that there is no provision of sleeper at this homestay. After discussion over this point, two broken pairs of sleepers were given. Rooms were foul smelling like a government hospital. Bedsheets and pillow covers were not replaced. There was no window in the rooms allotted to us (room No 3 and 4) for ventilation, which caused suffocation and foul smelling in the rooms. Even blankets were also smelling very bad, being continuously used. After midnight, a group (may be other guests) came and started shouting and laughing loudly in common area without having concern about other guests. No one was there (attendant or caretaker) to stop them. Next day, we vacated the rooms at about 10:45 AM. This property doesn't justify, the amount we paid for.
