Breakfast was good decent. The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was a problem. Reaching the property beyond 9.30 PM. is a pain. This property is in a gated community. They close the entry gates. Most of the local people do not know about the property. We have to show it on the Google maps to taxi people and then guide them to the place. We have had problem reaching the place on both the nights due to closure of gates. The size of the room was a bit cramped for three beds.

The warmth of the staff - Especially the Restaurant Manager - Mr. Arvind Singh Rajavat - he is the sweetest and most genuine person in the whole hotel. If you have any issues, he will make sure it is resolved and go well beyond the norm to solve it for you. We had reached very early (usual check in time is 2pm), we reached around 7 am and Arvind(working additionally in reception also as the usual staff member was on leave) had provided us an early check-in. The breakfast buffet is so lavish and so good- it just fills your belly and there are around 10 items. There is rooftop resturant and the view there is amazing - especially one small table for two secluded from all spaces. Mr Arvind had also recommended us a very good bike rental service which was very economical. The food here is very good, delicious, sumptuous and always freshly made - so allow them some time to prepare it for you. The staff is courteous and kind. Also, the hotel is very very close to the railway station - we could easily walk to and from the station - it is exactly 1km. The hotel's interiors are very good - they make you feel royal - it's themed like a palace. They also have ayurvedic spa and massage services.

The only thing I didn't like is the washroom. It had a foul odour coming from some leaking sewage and the washroom was always stinking. They should get it repaired soon.

Property is very close to Jaipur railway station. Accessibility is very good. In terms of support, we arrived at 3 am in the morning due to flight delay, they are kind enough to understand and everything was arranged and ensured check in was smooth. Bathroom and restroom were big and very neat. Complimentary breakfast was also good.Oversll a very nice staying experience.

Nothing specific, all we're good except for ac effectiveness which could have been better.

There was some wedding function so it was a bit noisy at night.

Decent sized rooms, good service. The best place if you want to travel by train, railway station is just 10 min walk. Food was also good but service was slow. The owners are really nice people.

Both the AC and the fan were too old and noisy. The bed was not very comfortable, they joined two single mattresses together to make it a double bed.

Bathroom was okok

The Manager/Concierge was exceptionally helpful and made all the difference to my stay. His advice was good and I accepted it. The room was clean and everything worked as well as expected. After check out I was given free use of another room to shower, have a brief rest and freshen up while I waited for my late afternoon train to Agra. Breakfast was included and was perfectly adequate. I had dinner once and the meal was tasty and the portion size was good.

The only downside was that the hotel was a little isolated from the city centre and inside a gated community where the entry gates were locked at night.

Located in a safe area close to the train station. The hotel has comfortable installations, it is clean and serves good and varied breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We had dinner at the restaurant one night. Food was ok but it felt pricey for the size of the portions.

Food was excellent, Staff was very welcoming and they did even arranged a tourist car for us at a reasonable price, Hotel location is very good right in the middle of the city

The room size was great, but washroom could have been a bit spacious. It seemed small, but manageable.

The welcome, clean, nice decoration in the heritage house, comfortable bed. Nice breakfast with personalized service. Welcoming staff.

The large room is a bit empty, maybe a larger table or chairs would make the room more comfortable,
