The warm welcome makes you feel special with petals showering down upon you. The check in was very smooth The front desk staff, made sure the room arrangements are done according to your needs, yes you do get a call from the hotel before your check in date. We were assigned a personal butler service, Sudeshna made sure to be in touch with us all the time catering to your needs, as I was traveling with my pregnant wife. Very simple sort out menu, yet delicious right on flavours, makes you feel no else than home food. It was a great stay with no grudges at all. A must visit always when in jaipur planning for leisure with family.

Before I even mention the hotel, I would like to wholeheartedly say that whenever I think of Jaipur after this trip, I will remember Mr.Sandeep, the hotel chauffeur — who truly was one of the best aspects of my trip. Through him we experienced the kindness, vibrance, respect, and warmth and generosity of the Rajasthani people. I wish him all the best! As for the Leela Palace in particular, The rooms are incredibly spacious with meticulous attention to detail, and the response time from the front desk and housekeeping is commendable to say the least. The variety at the breakfast buffet and overall care for guests as well as the efforts to ensure people get a taste of rajasthani culture during the stay was a very special part of my trip!

Sumptuous breakfast for taste and kind staff for the pleasant feeling. Thanks to Rohit for his kind attention and pleasant send off on the 6th day. Mohan Mahal was completely new experience for us as we were dining in candlelight, though Alacarte would have been better. The concierge (Gautam) made an excellent plan for our site seeing on the first day itself and it worked very well to cover Jaipur historical places. Chauffer Rajinder Singh took us to all the places, and he was safe in driving and very respectful and kind as well. Untiring buggy operators deserve a great appreciation for their tireless work during hot /humid and rainy weather as well.

There was no entertainment in the evening other than spending time in restaurant. Pool side was looking shabby many a time

This is probably one of the most beautiful hotel I have stayed in for a while! Everything is so beautiful, well maintained and high end! All in a fascinating Indian style. Service is spectacular. All the staff is very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Anurag our night butler and Jiwant at the restaurant for the attention they gave us during our stay. You made us feel very special! Maybe a bit far from the city center and tourist activities but we knew it when we booked.

The location is beautiful The staff is super courteous The food is amazing.. The club sandwich, egg benedicts, the ceaser salad from in room dining was amazing.. The buffet was too good aswell.. The lal mass and special rotis yum

Looked like a circuit house stair case leading to our room The kids area, play room could have been located in a better area and more facilities. People swimming in tshirts is and women in salwar suits was something that was just not very tasteful

Location and layout of the property is great. It is away from the main city in a quite area, next to a hillside. The rooms are great and specifically the Villas with the Plunge pool are fabulous. The food is excellent and the daily spread caters to all tastes. The offer of the evening tea and drinks with the Villas is exceptional value.

There is nothing not to like, however, it does not have extensive gardens or large grounds, as some of the other comparable range properties have. Also the training level of lower level staff in the property needs to be improved. Serving staff could be better.

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The hotel was exceptional in all aspects of service! 1. Welcome and arrival were exceptional 2. Food dietary requirements as pure veg and sattvik diet (no onion and no garlic, no hing) were completely met with tasty food. Chefs each day met us and planned our meals, even at short notice. Generous portions upon request. 3. Wife had hurt her hand, and they went out there way with an on-site doctor if needed. Flowers delivered twice to her with genuine messages of care. 4. Team available on WhatsApp if needed with daily reminders of activities. Tripti was excellent! 5. Lalit in dining experience arranged breakfast for us to take away as we had an early flight. Generous portions of sandwiches, donoughts, drink, and coffees (our stay included breakfast package). A lot of places will just ignore the point. 6. Every single person who works there takes pride in their work, was courteous, and have been trained exceptionally well. Every person would stop to greet you and say, "namaste." A humble workforce. 7. Massages were great. 8. Hindu temple on site for daily aarti was a very nice experience, kept very clean. 9. Pool was nice and clean 10. Evening entertainment was amazing 11. Rajasthan 4 course dining experience within Sheesh Mahal, a room totally lit by just candles and mirrors was unique. 12. Staff were just so easy to converse with, spoke very good English. You will feel like royalty staying here. We will definitely be back with the entire family.

1. Weren't sure if we would get early check in or not. Would have been nice if they had confirmed. 2. Filled out the arrival and check in process a few times once through their online check in, then again via booking.com app and then at the hotel, could make this more efficient.

We felt like royalty staying at the Leela Palace. It's such a peaceful oasis after touring Jaipur each day. The Leela Palace is in a beautiful setting with gorgeous architecture, a unique resort, and experience staying here. Every staff member provided impeccable service with a smile. All staff were friendly and professional, and nothing was too difficult to organise. Our Butler Shashwati ensured our stay went smoothly and who provided excellent service with some local knowledge. We loved the hotel entertainment and 5 star restaurant experience, including our dinner at the Mohan Mahal. The breakfasts were fantastic (fresh with quality) with plenty of options. We loved all the little extras/touches the resort provided, such as being welcomed each time returning to the hotel, the send-off at checked out, and the local made gifts and treats. The hotel facilities were great, and there was enough for everyone, including poolside loungers. The gym was a good size with modern equipment (everything you need) and the spa first class. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends visiting Jaipur.

It was a 30-minute drive out of the town, but it was worth the travel to be somewhere more peaceful. The resort can provide anything you need.
