The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is awesome. The in house bar is absolutely cool with very helpful staff who help in getting the best value on the choice of snacks and food.

On day 1 the rooms allotted to us were not inspected well. There were basic things like the toilet kits towels etc missing and it took them very long to get them done. The soap dispenser needed to be fixed as it was missing from the wall mounting. Simple things like tissue papers are not provided in the room. Daily replenishment of towels is partial even for a double occupancy room, bathroom slippers had to be demanded before they were provided. The staff is very cooperative but I guess their training and checklists for room supplies needs to be upgraded.

We stayed in this hotel for a day . It was a lovely experience . The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable . The staff of the restaurant were very friendly and helpful specially Miss Anamika she took care of our dining needs. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful. Overall all I would recommend the hotel to my friends too .

There were no lifeguard in the swimming pool and it was not that clean it was not fully operational, and there was less variety in the buffet. The above mentioned things if improvised then it would be more better for the future guests.

I think this is the best place to stay in Jhansi. The hotel gives you a five start like feeling. The rooms/washrooms are spacious. Breakfast is a nice spread. In room dining is good. The pool is nice too. Plus there is a cinema hall next door, there are many restaurants outside, you can easily catch auto-rickshaws outside, interesting places like the fort, Rani Mahal, St. Jude's church, Sipri bazaar are very nearby. We had an international group (Russia, USA) - we were given a reservation at a very good price without any advance payment. We were late and arrived at the hotel at night. The staff was constantly in touch. We had 9 rooms. Everything was more than beautiful. The purpose of our visit was to see Orchha... It is a little far from the hotel, the hotel itself is just perfect for a western standard. I thank all the management of the hotel and staff of the restaurant.

Absolutely International Class property. Courteous services and extremely clean, well maintained. Breakfast offering was extensive. This is the first time for me in any Sarovar property and I will surely come back !

It’s a bit nitpicking honestly but two minor things: The liquid soap in the shower room was not filled upon check-in and was never refilled during my stay. Also, the shower stream was slightly erratic. But again no buggies !

The hotel is well located from the tourist attractions, The property itself is well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was prompt in responding to requests which was great as many hotels too long to respond

Excellent hotel with a good spread of breakfast in the heart of Jhansi. We had a halt on our way from Hyderabad to Delhi. The stay was rejuvenating for us.

The breakfast area had limited seating capacity. It could have been bigger. Also, the support staff at the restaurant required instructions couple of times before they took any action.

Each food item was unbelievably good and very tasty. Never thought a place like Jhansi will deliver meals that truly beat most 5 stars in metros. Other things are par with other similarly placed good hotels.

Can't figure out. However, spring in mattress make it too spongy and jumpy. Slightly uncomfortable.

Room service n house keeping need to keep up with guest s requirements more promptly. Fixed timings for usage of swimming pool for in house guests is not good..as the guests are there for leisure. Therefore they may be allowed to use the same as per their requirement.

This comfortable, well appointed hotel, is set back from the busy road it's adjacent to - so it's quiet! The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - and the menu choices and the quality of the food available in the onsite restaurant was incredible - I actually ended up dining there every night of my stay!
