It’s bang opposite to Imagica and located away from the bustle of a township.

It’s overpriced. Breakfast session could have been managed in a better way. There was too rush and the staff were unable to cater to people’s requirements & requests. I’m sure this can be sorted out efficiently.

And when it came to convenience, the hotel's efficient valet car parking service made exploring the park hassle-free and enjoyable. Sorry this time we had a very bad service , something has changed drastically from last year .

Want to understand, why does it take 30 min to give us simple water at buffe Again when we ordered juice cans, we had atelast remind them for 4 times and then we got it When I checked with the concerned incharge, we were told that there was huge Inwards, hence they are not able to control. Why' such a professional brands has to deliver such sub standards service, There was complete chaos in the restaurant yesterday Noone knew what was happening, very very pathetic and sad service

Amazing Ambiance Big shout out to Lady Bar tender ( Mrunmayi > forgot the name ?) Guest Relations Executive was very nice and knowledgeable. Rooms were very cleaned and tidy . We receive complimentary upgrade which was great treat. We will come back ;)

Spa Lady at the counter didn't seem interested and wasn't very helpful. We had to greet her first. > More training for customer service to be given to them > guests needs to feel welcome ruining the experience for Novotel Brand

Staff are very friendly and co-operative. I like the way they had the country badges to represent what languages staff can speak. Breakfast is wonderful. We had also ordered room service for dinner it was good. There was fun song by performance artists during Breakfast which made children to enjoy. The staff who are in Breakfast table are also very helpful. I recommend the stay.

Some times, staff forgot to place Towels and stuff in the room. I recommend staff to explain the visitors how to operate equipment. For example, A switch which operates a curtain which hides Hall from Transparent Bathroom glass. By mistake if any one switches on when he is in Bathroom, people in hall can see quite clearly what is in Bathroom.

The breakfast was good and there was a massive variety of food. The room was decent size and the beds were very comfy. The location was amazing, right next to Imagica. The staff was very attentive and courteous.

Not much really but just a few small things I would like to mention The bathroom and the shower could be improved. The poolside bar could be better.

maintainence is hywire, because its too much crowded 1) shower glass door broken to the point of falling ... too risky as it would have fallen on the head and caused serious injury eventually theu got it fixed after calling many times at the reception and sending messages with the housekeeping staff 2) cutlerry was not cleaned properly as experieced on various different dinning times 3) as witnessed personally sane swimming pool towels were folded back and kept in too use stack of towels which was gross and nowhere a act of a 5star hotel. 4) same above shower area clogged and the water was out had to call the maintainence guys imediatly.. all the above mentioned points as also being conveyed to the reception at the time of check out

An excellent premium hotel located right next to Imagica. Wonderful scenic location with mountains facing the hotel. Well maintained facility with hospitable staff. The buffet spread both in the breakfast and dinner is very huge and value for money. special mention to Rakesh at the eggs counter during breakfast who handles guests very professionally and serves out the best omelettes Qasim at front desk was very cooperative and ensured a very smooth check in and check out. Good recreational activities in the lobby

The not so good thing about the property is that it tends to become too overcrowded especially during weekends and would not be recommended for guests who are looking out for a quiet and peaceful getaway Another very peculiar thing noticed in the restaurant was that the staff would come asking for reviews and would end up actually writing the reviews on behalf of the guests self-praising themselves by mentioning their names specifically. This actually defeats the entire purpose of an honest review and feedback

I liked the property, and it’s a perfect gateway, near to Imagica. Comfortable stay and one that that make this place super great is its STAFF. They are superb and very helpful. I specially mention Shajid, Pradeep and Vishal. I am looking forward to my next trip there.

None, everything is perfect!

Facilities were OK. Well maintained than the last time we visited. Rooms were with proper blinds which seperated from toilet and Living room. The pool area was clean from the Last time visited. Dinner Buffet was fabulous with many options.The restaurant in charge and staff were very cooperative. They made sure that every guest was comfortable. Special thanks from our kids to the chef who prepared the chocolate cake at the dinner buffet for the desert which was delicious.

After security check its was quite sad to say that the staff discriminate guest on the bases of the vehicle in which they come as my family travelled came in the cool cab My wife and 2 daughter had to picked up their own 5 bags and had go to the room.
