Ours was a superior room and it mostly exceeded expectations. Location is excellent, away from hustle of the city yet close enough for all modes of commute. Rooms were clean and spacious. The food in particular was exquisite especially for the price. Towels and sheets were clean and fresh. Toiletries were adequate and properly packaged. The staff were friendly and courteous. Overall highly recommended.
There was no handwash in bathroom. Soaps and other toiletries were there but I think Handwash should have been there specially in today's world. Other than this, no complaints.

The hotel is very near to VFS global Kolkata. It is around 10 minutes walk. Few months back I stayed in another hotel near to VFS global Kolkata. The hotel price was much higher for the type of room they provided. In this reagrd, this hotel was much better. The breakfast was also very good.
I stayed for a short time (night 11 pm to morning 9 am) and everything was good
