Location
Windows are fixed to open. Hence hard to get fresh air. I could not understood the logic of glass walls in the washroom .it hampers the privacy of user. If you donot curtain the glases , then a person sitting right on bed can easily watch you how you are using the washroom for a loo even. AC was not working properly . Complained twice to get it fixed.

My travel made easy by booking the hotel at the last moment.Staff has checked with me about my arrival and as I was new, guided me properly to reach the Hotel.
Fruit served for the break fast was very chilled,which I cud not eat it.The same thing,I conveyed to the receptionist for improvement.Breakgast can be served as buffet system.

The overall experience with staff and facilities is good. The mall is in the same building so it is very easy to go shopping in a minute.
It is a little expensive given the facilities provided.
