Loved the location and inhouse gaming and other activities

The staff was not attentive. I had to give several reminders for the birthday occasion of my husband and then they said they will send complimentary champagne to compensate for the reminders , which unfortunately was never sent

The location, the scenery, the amenities were all good. The food was really good and the staff were cordial and friendly. It was a joy to interact with them. The view from our rooms were really great. The Lingmala river and waterfall is just beside the property so waking up to the sound of water flowing through was so peaceful and energising.

Can improve upon the cleanliness of the rooms as well as when they clean it. On the 2nd day of our stay, our room got cleaned in the afternoon despite having put the indicator on for room cleaning in the morning itself. But that’s the only negative I can think of.

Location is excellent. Property is nicely laid out. View from the different viewpoints is very good. Breakfast was good.

We reached the property around 1:00 pm, but the room wasn't ready, which is okay even though I had informed them the day before that I would arrive by that time. I received a call around 2:15 saying that our room was ready. After navigating through Verna Lake traffic, I reached there by 2:45, but to my surprise, the room was still not ready. Eventually, we got the room by 3:15... We had asked for warm milk for the baby at night, but it was delivered without a mug, sugar, or spoon... The next day, at the breakfast counter, they made us feel guilty for asking for a table by shouting at a fellow assistant for minutes... These are some examples of the services, to sum it up.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort were top-notch, and the valley views added a beautiful touch to the experience. The hospitality was outstanding, with a friendly and helpful staff. The property was impeccably maintained. A special shout-out to Mr. Deepak, the front desk manager, for going the extra mile and enhancing our overall enjoyment. A truly memorable experience!

I would like to offer a suggestion for consideration. While the quality of food and beverages was commendable, I believe that a more rational pricing strategy could further enhance the overall guest satisfaction.

The property is really beautiful and you can see lovely greenery from the property. The breakfast had a nice spread and was quite tasty. The pool is quite large and the lounge areas around the pool are well structured and nice. The rooms are spacious with a balcony.

They could have a slightly larger fitness center. The one thing that is a safety issue is that the treadmills do not have UPS and there were a couple of times when the power went off and the treadmill stopped abruptly.

Property is excellent . But was unhappy with reception staff . They took so much time to allot us our rooms .. Way beyond the official check in time. Especially Mr Deepak he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Would give special credit to Mr Imran and Ms Bharti who finally managed to get us our rooms and made us comfortable. Mr Deepak on couple of other occasions was rude and unfriendly. Staff and management still needs some finishing touches for a property like this and charges for wht they are charging.

Location....outstanding. Hospitality and food. Staff is very warm and courteous. Excellent food preparations. Overall, it was really a good experience. We enjoyed every moment

Housekeeping is the the main issue and should improve. Leakage was the main issue. We had two rooms and both had some or the other leakage problems. Before handing over the keys, they should check it. Even toiletteries were not complete. They should provide a grip bar in the bathrooms for senior citizens. During the shower, it gets very slippery.

Everything.. welcome by security at the gate while entering the hotel, very warm staff at the check in area particularly Daisy and Deepak at the front desk/ reception. The staff at the restaurant was very hospitable, welcoming and prompt service with a smile. Rooms and beds were clean and comfortable including the bathrooms with all toiletries in place. Will strongly recommend.

Loved everything at the property.

I liked the villa type rooms with garden and closeness to nature. Staff at reception is very friendly and accommodating. Food is good , not great. Restaurant staff Robin , Mr Swarup are nice and helpful. Buggy services are fast and buggy drivers are quick. Room service is very quick.

Highly priced property , if we pay the price we expect peace in rooms. Lots of repair and maintenance work with drilling was going on just beneath our room, for 2 days. No napkins on tables in restaurant during breakfast. Restaurant promotes maharashtrian cuisines, but when ordered THALIPEETH , it didn't taste like one. If you promote it, you should be perfect in it. Even with uttapam same story . Towels not kept in swimming pool changing rooms. One guest had vomited in the way from room to restaurant and it took quiet sometime to be cleaned, we had to jump over it to cross and go. Such things should not happen. No accommodation for drivers. Strawberry cuisines not given importance in meals , as it's famous for Strawberry, it should be served in various recipes in meals.
