Breakfast was great, with extensive options and it was always tasty - with on-demand dishes being served pretty fast too! The ambience at the restaurant is also good and cozy.
The main building gives a lavish feeling but the other building seems cramp and isolated - probably better illumination should help. Rooms were large in size and yet better illumination would make them feel more comfortable and welcoming.

View from the room was excellent, Room was neat and clean, staff was good at property. Even at my late night check in staff was smiling and took just about a minute to check in.
Food taste was average, Verity wasn't attractive to open up stomach. Specially nonveg. Atleast cotton slippers to provide in rooms.( A suggestion) Glow your outer name signboard, it was difficult to search property in late night

Property located little far from hustle and bustle of the Manali town. Stunning view of mountains from my Room. Well trained staff, Staff persons are polite and good. All necessary amenities are there and well maintained. Room - Big size Privilege Suite was neat and clean, Everyday cleaning was awesome, comfortable stay and value for money. Reception - Mr. Vijay was there to help us on everything. Activities - Everyday activities by Mr. Raj for all age groups was nice. There are many indoor activities like Table-Tennis, Air Hockey, Carrom, Library etc. Restaurant - Prakash needs to be appreciated for being a wonderful host at the restaurant. Food quality is good and tasty as well

The location is okay
The property is getting old and needs renovation. The breakfast was okay but not very good. These people try to charge for kids on accommodation basis even if we do not require extra bed. There are many new properties coming up in Manali which can even be tried

Cleaning should improve, we have given dinner order at room on 23-1, but they have cleaned room but every thing Kept out side the door. When we reached 24-1 night dinner plates are at our out side the door. Pls improve
