The hotel staff wer good and the service too mainly the food was awesome and was available 24/7 other than the breakfast of course . Overall a great experience and it is in a prime location so all the nearby attractions are a small cab away. Highly recommend the stay here.

There wer no bathrobes and the slippers even if they wer mentioned in the booking details. Also don't take the lower floor rooms as it would be annoying how much the traffic would invade you conversation.

Room service is at point and the best part of the hotel is the food it serves a bit costly but fills your hear and your soul to the brim.would suggest to add a few bathrobes to the room as there are none.other than all that it was a great experience would be my choice for the next visit for sure.

Bathrobes should be available and a few extra toiletries also there wasn't a plug beside my bed only one on my partners side but other than that all great

The Property is located near the city center with shops and malls around. The Property has also good number of restaurants within the property. The room is descent sized with all facilities. The breakfast spread was good. Overall had a great experience with the property.

The check-in experience was not very great as i missed the empathy from reception. Nothing else

the hotel and especially restaurant needs lot of repairs as we found that things were in broken condition ( may be due to covid issues ) . The hotel was not looking fresh . Also in the roof top restaurant service and manpower was less and it took time for them to take our order

Relationship office Tripti made the stay memorable, Chef Ram Nayak with his recipes, dining staff Paras, Mousumi & Ganesh & housekeeping staff made all the difference. Centrally located, breakfast warm, assorted & tasty.

noise from road traffic is very high , hotel should invest in better sound management / glass windows and frayed and poor quality of towels ,been staying here many times across years , hotel management has changed interiors but quality of towels is poor , frayed at the ends and bare in some places , feel dirty using such towels

Hotel was centrally located. We could walk around and have a great time. We were on a temple trip. That way, hotel was great!

The lifts are small. During weekend evenings, because the hotel has a pub and fine dining, it is crowded

Staff have been actively attending customers. Polite and friendly. Breakfast spread was good but would suggest that would prefer few more options for English breakfast
