Well kept property, sufficient parking, courteous staff. Clean rooms. Very well located, walkable from MIT as well as the hospital. Lots of shopping and many restaurants in the vicinity.

Restaurant is poorly managed. The food is excellent, but service is slow. Buffet items often get over and don't get refilled for a long time. Waiters and servers look busy but are inefficient. The property is just rooms. There's nothing outside like a walking area, etc. No "view", the name of the property is a clear misnomer.

- food was good but there is only one restaurant. for the amount charged, there could be couple of options - fairly spacious rooms - friendly staff - provision of fan and aircon were great - very good amenities

- pricey - parking is a pain, the place is narrow and without the security help impossible - no restaurants outside on the side of the hotel - we have to cross the main road

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff was quite helpful and was always available at a call. The property is recently renovated. The pool is undergoing renovation but it was not a concern. Rooms are very comfortable and cosy.

Nothing specific that we didn’t like.

very accommodating staff

the water they offer in room is from the to plant. no doubt the water is good but the bottles are used and it’s sterilized what the claim but you can find it’s dirty and muddy at the seal which comes in connection to water the caps are not washed it’s old and has accumulated lots of dirt.

Very good in terms of property and the staff were exceptional, humble, very accommodating, always with a smile, helpful, co- operative. Food was delicious and yummy Rooms were very very neat and clean and very hygienic. Never wanted to go back home and wanted to spend few more days at the hotel My first experience with ITC brand and they were bang on. Kudos to the entire team.

For the price, there could have been more inclusions in the buffet menu. TV channels were not functioning. Not that I am complaining, it's FYi.

The Staff are really good starting from gate man till the room service team. Rooms are very good and ambience is superb. Very safe feeling in the hotel. for Family it is very good one

The taste and the selection of breakfast items to be improved. Continental breakfast menu to be added. Local Food like Idly and all can be improved if they use readymade mix. Sambar is sugary which most of the Keralite or Tamilions will not like. Toilets are smaller after shower the whole toilet gets wet. Also cost wise it is costlier than 4 star hotel

We stayed here for 2 nights on our way from South Goa to Bangalore. Excellent breakfast. We ordered in-room dining for the two nights and the food was very good. We also had snacks on the first evening and those were really good. The staff were very helpful. Convenient parking. The room was very good - everything was very neat & clean. The amenities in the room were very good. We spent 9 days travelling staying at different hotels and we spent 2 nights here and it was the best of the entire trip. The location is also good - very close to one of the main roads in Manipal. The Malpe beach is less than half-an-hour's drive. The Marvanthe (including Trasi) beach is about an hour's drive from the hotel. The hotel may look a bit old but our experience was memorable.

Staff

Breakfast range is limited. The rooms are not sound proof and so we were frequently disturbed during nights due to sounds from the corridor.

Location, cleanliness and food. The younger generation staffs are very dynamic and helpful.

Few elder staffs still with a very old mindset. The helpers looking curious for a tip, the elder waiters in restaurant have no patience to listen to us if we order al-a-carte. Somewhere at some point in time I got a feeling of some yatri Nivas mindset. Cost is on the higher side compared to the facilities provided.

The lady Gayathri and the bellboys ere very helpful. Breakfast wasawesome. It would be nice to have tea and coffee ready
