Breakfast was not up to the mark … we had even traveling around many hotels but what name this hotel has .. they are too far in the variety .. taste was good .. I think their focus is more on paid food rather than getting into this breakfast thingy.

At the reception .. during check in we are told to pay 60000 all inclusive which was said to be the final amount .. at the time of check in we were demanded 7000 more .. and the pretext was an extra bed .. when we Js a booking of 3 people all inclusive then there could not have been yeh charges .. surely I would have not Pais it but I had very less time for my flight .. but I found it to be cheating … and the lady at the reception was quite rude in the Behaviour .. I would have not paid and argued on it but unfortunately I had no time .. but this is pathetic as the lady herself said that it’s our staffs Mistake and she did not even realize that and was rude ..

We like swimming pool, restaurants, gym. Front office staff was very good to help once u ask something. They didn't give a brief about any shows or evening entertainment(if there was any) we can get involved. Breakfast was good and lots of options but nothing special. Dinner had two/three options. We tried two(kebab, multi cuisine), both were good but again missing that signature flavour. Room service & house keeping was good considering the age of the property. There was plenty of staff around to help.

The location is perfect if u just want to see the beach. We had a perfect view to beach but the sea was very rough during monsoon season. Most of the Mumbai attractions are away from juhu which we didn't realise earlier, we end up calling taxi each time we went out. The entrance to the hotel could have been better t(this might be out of their control). We booked a family room but the size was not enough to cater 4 grown up's. We hired extra bed(Rs 1500 per day) which wasn't that comfortable.

Location Location Pool very clean well maintained property. The front door ppl greet you with a smile,front Desk will help with all yours needs. The Bulter service is always there when needed. Breakfast is really great fresh made foods, Best Dosa on the Beach. I like the property the ppl who make the stay are lovely and so nice! Go out and go for a walk left right or straight up the road you have 3 different vibes on the streets!

Truly nothing not to like!

Breakfast was delicious. Location is super.hospitality is very nice.

1) in the morning , provided news paper to all adjoining rooms except my room.i didn't understand its reason. 2) we faced suffocating in toilet.no artificial vent or exhaust occur in toilet 3)we were three persons during my stay ( I am , my wife and my daughter) not provided extra bed inspite of charging extra beds payments in my beel.it feels very sad.

The location is away from the traffic noice, it’s on the beach with lovely view of the evening sunsets. Food was plenty and tasty. Pool staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. Overall an enjoyable stay. Main pool very clean and clear.

Felt a tad pushed out and in the way due to the events (weddings etc). Shallow jacuzzi pool was always mucky water. Sunset bar a few of the staff need to be more attentive/present as takes too long to be noticed and order (one young man with curly-wavy hair was very good)!

Hotel is nice and well Located in front of Juhu beach, in a quiet zone. The rooms are big and we added 1 extra bed and still big enough to be confortable. Breaksfast (indian and continental) was very appreciated and good quality. Swiming pool is nice !

Mumbai is expensive and so this hotel is also very expensive, Restaurants in the hotel are also expensive. Room was smelling a little humidity. The hotel should plan to maintain the room soon to keep a good standard.

The location and view was exceptional.

The room size is slightly compact. I would highly recommend the front office staff caters to people in the order they are waiting for. It was quite annoying when a couple randomly came and occupied the seat, when I was the next to be served. Wish the team actually voices their opinion on this. The manager was kind in apologising on their behalf and offered an upgrade instead.

This was a good hotel with nice pool area and straight access to the beach. The room we had was especially great, I can't say which one it was as I think we got some free upgrade. The bed was big enough for our whole family. I don't know if this was an everyday thing or just temporary because some politicians were staying at the hotel, but every time we went in the hotel our bags were put in a similar scan as at the airport. Though it was a bit of a hassle (not much), it was for safety so I'll put it on the pro list. The city side area had some international type restaurants at hotels, and a short walk along the beach took as to local beach shacks.

The wifi system was a bit difficult, we had to keep asking for new codes (we got them), a simple password system would be better. They needed more staff for the breakfast to clean the tables and bring new things.

Location on the beach, rooms were good sized, breakfast was good, had plenty of choices.

The washroom could do with better maintenance, had to call the staff twice as the drains were clogged. Brass could do with some polishing.

Secluded away from all the hustle and bustle is this beautiful hotel. We booked the junior suite but were upgraded to the premier suite. It was very comfortable for the four of us. We have teen kids. Close to the beach and all restaurants. Easy to get a cab to go to the town.

Wish the gym was a bit bigger, and more continental food variety in breakfast. Also there was a wedding on the first night at the hotel and the loud music went on until 2am.
