The location of the hotel is great. The food and the in-house restaurant is nice. The bed is big and fits 2 adults with a child. No need for extra bed for child. The room had mini refrigerator, tea/coffee facility. On demand iron facility is also available. WiFi service is also good

There is no shelves in bathroom to keep stuff.

Location and comfort provided by hotel is top notch . Would recommend for Mumbai close to airport and all places are easily accessible.

I paid Rs 4k for one night and Rs 6k for the next 2 nights. Definitely not worth 6k. At 4k it's fine. Rooms are very small. Can't open the window as there's a building ten feet away. The 6k room is smaller than the 4k room. No shampoo or I couldn't find it. No space in shower stall to keep ANYTHING including your own toiletries

Moderately sized rooms, but cramped lift. Great service, very good cleanliness.Extensive room service food for bevereages: great taste, good portion size, fast service. Large TV with many channels, but needs payment regularly, so TV goes blank often. Fast check in and check out. Taxis often confuse with the Tunga Regale hotel next door.

To start with, I liked the politeness and warm and smiling welcome by the lady receptionists at the time of check in and check out. It makes you feel welcome, then i loved the cleanliness of the room, esp the bed sheet and pillow covers were spotless. After hving bad experiences with big hotel names in the past; this experience was surprising. Last but not the least food was delicious. A big shout out to the vallet as well who helped in assisting with the parking. Thank you all !! Regards.

Room was clean

Initially I had put in a single guest booking request Which I later changed to double occupancy. The receptionist charged for an extra person , even though the room had two beds and there was no free breakfast. I feel the additional charge was random and not as per policy.

The ambience of the hotel is too good and the staff is very friendly The food is awesome and the quality of the rooms and other things are on point and a 5 star Would recommend everyone to visit once

Hotel and all the arrangements are appropriate for Business Travelers. Easy check in - check out process, without any delays, working breakfast and service staff addressing your requirements quickly. Food is amazing.

Its close to airport with good accessibility to other locations in Mumbai. Room was fair size and was clean. We took breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant below and it was amazing. Mr Bheem from reception was very very helpful

The rooms were well-sized for the price and the facilities + Staff were amazing. The best part was the food and great value for money. A very good place to stay for work or leisure.
