Zostel Mumbai is the most comfortable, value for money with lot of options available in the rooms. Location is perfect close to airport, metro station & public transports are easily available. Cafeteria food is descent & not that expensive, but you also have infinite restaurants to order in. I've always preferred AC Deluxe room - quite comfy, got mini fridge, tv, wardrobe, bathroom with toiletries etc. Front desk staff is amazing, friendly & always happy to help (even at 3 am). Check-in process is very fast which I like compared to other hostel/hotels.

It's situated not far from the airport, so if you have only 1 night to sleep it's a great place. Very nice staff. They organise some events.

It's very far from the centre, so to get to the main sights you need to spend more than 1 hour. The person at the reception gave me a towel for 200 rup and said that this is 100% refundable, but when I returned a towel, he said that I need to pay 100 rup for rent, and he can return only 100 rup.

Just the bathroom was a bit small.

All the facilities are excellent. Would love if there would be weekly or monthly packages for the stay so staying for long period would be more smoother rather than to look and do booking for all the weeks differently everytime.

The cafeteria is Veg and Non-veg mix so would have loved if there would have been seperate veg cafeteria inside. Rest all is good but just food thing is what is reason of not giving 10/10 rating. Rest Zostel is completely awesome

when asked about first time tourists they couldst help, they didnt know how a non indian (as in no indian number or bank account) could get some basic things didnt know where money could be exchanged, nor had any recommendations that werent go to the mall. Also it is far from most things and hard to get to by public transport. That being said they were polite and wanted to be helpful

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff Siddhesh,Neha,harshit and Srikanth are amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown.

Reception is open 24 hours. You can also have food in the cafeteria- breakfast, lunch, dinner. Area is quiet, lots of travellers you can make friends with)) Hot water, fridge, kettle, towels, toiletries in a private room.

There are no female house keeping staff. Even in female Dorm male staff comes to clean the room n all i don't find it comfortable because they come very often

A little expensive breakfast I would say. Also the options were less. Property is clean. Rooms are well maintained There is issue with parking space. If one travels with own car, there is no parking assistance from the staff.

Check-in was simple and the staff are quite helpful. I liked that they have different food items available for guests to purchase at reception. Breakfast was quite tasty and wholesome, and there was no trouble with deliveries. Bed was comfy and cozy. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. I liked the huge lockers under the bunk beds, and the dog in the reception area! ❤

Location is ideal but a little lonely for a single woman walking to the property in the evening, unless you have some sort of transport. It got a little loud within the property post 10 PM since I was near the window. The metal lockers in the rooms are a little warped/ misshapen, so someone can get hurt since some lockers don't fit properly into their slots.
