1. Rooms were not sound proof, so noise from gallery and kitchen 2. Could not get a very good view from room. 3. Poor condition and narrow roads makes moving around difficult especially during weekends due to traffic jams in all popular sites. Govt should do something about this so that more people can enjoy the beauty of this place.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, the quality of food was really top-notch. The property is very well maintained with flowers all around. The beautiful terrace and the chirping of the bird in the morning has really won our heart. Thank you to the Team of Hotel SunGrace. The chauffeur service was good, from picking us from Airport, to site seeing and drop.

Just a suggesstion - a few more food options in the breakfast buffet such as muffin, tea-cakes would be good.

Great location and nicely managed property. Morning breakfast was included in the hotel price. They also offer drop off at the mall road

Property had small small quirks like not every room had heater (we had to ask for it), shower curtain would not go all the way down and this made the bathroom wet whenever someone showered, door locks are still old style physical locks instead of an automatic lock. Getting the hotel car to do a mall road drop off is tricky as the car is often not at the property.

I liked the balcony, which was not attached to the room though. Rooms are ok sized. Right next to the main road and a temple so lots of car noises and temple sounds. Hotel is a bit old, so a lil shabby and has damps on walls. Staff was very nice and prompt. And they have a courtesy pick up and drop to the mall road which is a saving grace because lots of dust and construction happening on the road.

The property was very neat and tidy. Rooms were extremely spacious and had luxurious amenities. Bathroom was especially neat and clean. The maintenance of rooms and property was well taken care of. Special mention to the views from room - Room offered an undisturbed view of the mountains with scenic view of the Winter Line. Food was also good. Overall, the hotel is totally value for money. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mussoorie.

The views from terrace are splendid. The location is easily approachable with a private accessible parking. The food is very tasty. The staff are helpful and courteous. You can also enquire them about sightseeing cab service.

Only issue is multiple flights of stairs which may be issue for elderly, in which case make sure to opt for rooms on first floor itself.

We visited Mussoorie in March 2022 (two families) and booked Hotel Sungrace for 4 nights after checking their reviews on trip advisor. Our checkin and checkout was seamless. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was good. Food quality was also good. Staff has been very courteous. Mr Bhandari FNB manager arranged packed breakfast as early as 4:30 in the morning due to our early check out. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Mussoorie as it is located little away from the traffic jams and close enough to go to places in and around mussoorie

The only thing that was annoying was our stay in room no. 304 (out of 4 rooms booked by us). This room is adjacent to their kitchen and sleep was disturbed by loud sounds of utensils and people from the kitchen till 11:30 in the night, after which it was okay. Management should consider doing something about this issue.

Excellent property and location. Away from the bustle of mall road and overlooking serene mountains. The room was clean and tidy and as shown in the photos. They even provided a heater which was much needed in the cold. The rooftop garden was the cherry on the cake. Breakfast spread was also great.

Restaurant was pricy and food was not that great. Given that it's away, you would not have any other options. Great ambience though and courteous staff.

The View! It is just awesome! The whole mountain range is visible from balcony. Specially the executive room is a perfect one to stay with family (if you have kids). It provides you a separate private big area for balcony.

No Elevators! You have to climb the stairs all the way to reach your room. But then, its fun to have some excercise!

Visits ed Mussoorie ans stayed at Hotel SunGrace which was a really awesome experience. Food was good and staff was very supportive. We wanted to visit Mall road however were afraid of traffic and congestion. They even arranged for parking near Library chowk which made our life easier. The service was very prompt even though hotel was full due to long weekend. The hotel has enough parking space to accommodate all guests cars. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Mussoorie.
