Information leakage by Booking.com portal leading to receipt of Spam mails and WhatsApp messages f rom fraudsters posing as Guest Relations Manager and asking to validate credit card details by clicking on suspicious link. Thankfully the hotel authorities confirmed that there was no issue with payment made by me and advised me to ignore the Spam mail. They also conveyed that many other guests who had used the Booking.com portal had faced similar Spam mails and WhatsApp messages.

Jairam at breakfast room was always very helpful and approachable. Deepak at the gym was very helpful too! Overall very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thanks.

More stock of coffee and tea sachets in the room. Room keys needed to be renewed everyday as stopped working. Please consider variety of classical music or instruments in breakfast area as there was same flute music everyday.

The staff was not aware of my request for two separate beds, even though I have an email confirmation from the hotel about this. So they just said that the room is not available. Only when I insisted, they found a room with my requirements. The automated curtain in the room was not working.

Location of this hotel what I really like about it. N it's vibrant and busy all the time. Staff is really good , polite and helpful. Food is very good. Comfortable stay.

Hotel should provide facility for checkouts around 8 pm and same for checkin..as in late check in with late checkout, for regular customers or there should be some other benefits for those who have regular stays there.

The property is lavish and has maintained cleanliness, but is still overpriced that too being in Nagpur. The location of this hotel is really a big plus point with deekshabhoomi nearby. The restaurant in the hotel is a Marvellous place to visit with really very delicious food. Again I felt the cost of food was also overpriced, but that is the case in all the nearby restaurants. I felt that location has a decent night life and you can find restaurants open till late midnight. Overall, I loved the stay. The only suggestion I would provide is “book the club size rooms or suite instead of the deluxe or standard rooms”, that would be more cost effective and you would feel you paid the right price for the hotel rooms.

a bit too busy and you can find some stupid drunks all around due to the highsteaks open roof restaurant in the 7th floor which serves alcohol. I would suggest not to book if travelling with women, children and elders. This hotel is really good if you are travelling solo or with friends.

Breakfast spread was excellent and very highly recommended.

Packed breakfast was cucumber sandwich which tend to make the bread soggy. Perhaps consider cheese sandwich instead.

Lovely rooftop restaurant - great view and great staff

Reception staff were grumpy and slow. Took them almost 30 minutes to check me out and they made me pay the bill before I saw the invoice. No drawers in the room so I had to live out of my suitcase for the duration

The breakfast area was not ready by 07:00am In fact the door had a padlock when I arrived just after 07:00am and I had to wave a staff to open up. I understand they don’t get a lot of customers visit for breakfast that early, but they should adhere to the posted opening time for breakfast. Food was great at breakfast.

Food and service was excellent. Staff were so courteous and the staff at the reception was very pleasing. Excellent location to reach the city.
