The staff were really courteous and helpful. The premises were really clean as one would expect. The rooms are well maintained. The chef were helpful in arranging food with special request. Wifi was good.

They are currently upgrading the property so certain areas were unavailable. One of them was pool. It mattered to me that prices should be reduced a bit when an important amenity like pool is unavailable. Hence, I would not rate it fully value for money.

We stayed 3 nights. On the third night there was a lot of partying and noise coming from the adjoining room where some corporate people were partying. The partying went up to nearly 2 am and it spoiled our sleep. We were allotted a room with Adjoining/connecting door and maybe the noise was due to that. Manager should keep inspecting the property for such nuisance particularly where rooms are given to corporate employees. Or at least ask the room allottees if they are ok to stay in a room with connecting door when families are not staying in the adjoining rooms.

My stay at Gateway Hotel Nashik was quite pleasant. Mr. Rohit at the front desk and the housekeeping staff were very helpful. While some restaurant staff could improve their attentiveness, others were excellent, although I can't recall their names. Overall, it was a good experience with a few areas for potential improvement.

Rooms was clean & big. Hotel is nice with nostalgia old property feeling. Breakfast & dinner spread was good & tasty food. Courteous, smiling & helpful staff.

Probably understaff due to Diwali vacations as not much people to serve in Dining hall. Feel people would have complained & therefore within two days the strength increased

We travelled with our pet and it was the best decision to stay at Taj. The concierge came to our room for a hassle free check in. The comfort for humans and dogs was equal. Guests with pets have to book executive class only but our room had a decent sized balcony which our Indie enjoyed a lot. There is plenty of open space for the dog to walk and run around on long leash. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff got us complimentary cake at midnight. Served us buffet food inside the room as we could not leave the dog alone in the room. Thank you Taj for treating your four legged guests with equal royalty. Highly appreciated!

Everything was perfect but we did not see any in room dining menu.

We wanted to getaway from the mundane life to a quiet place somewhere not far away from Mumbai and this was the perfect place. The Gateway by Taj provides the perfect atmosphere to unwind and relax in Nashik. The pricing was perfect for a night to enjoy the grandeur of this hotel. The property is huge and feels aloof even though it is on the highway. There are two properties within, one is older and the other a recently built just 4-5 years back. There are two views on offering with the rooms but doesn’t make a huge difference so can go for any view. The breakfast is great spread and offers Ala carte as well. There is a small zen garden and kids play area. Parking is sufficient. The pool is good sized one. Areas to explore nearby are the wineries and a small trek. Hotel provides a complimentary wine tasting pass for all the nearby wineries namely, Sula, Soma, York. Sula and Soma have entrance fees of 650 per person but York entrance is free. On request hotel also provides room decor of balloons and cake for celebrating any occasion within room. Hotel WiFi is good and all rooms have a laptop desk.

The only thing that slightly bothered me was the multiple weddings happening at the same time with the wedding attendees all over the place but even then, the hotel staff was managing it effectively. Overall the Taj hospitality makes you feel like a royalty! Given a choice I would only stay on Taj properties now ;)

The hotel has a lot of greenery where you can roam around without being interupred by people or city sounds. It was a work and family trip. Amenities for work - desk comfy chair and good WiFi are available. For kids there is a small play area. Breakfast is amazing with incredible variety. Extremely polite hotel staff which is a big differentiator. Enjoyed the overall experience.

The food could be better esp considering the cost 1. Orange juice was too sour 2. Banana shake was thin 3. Raita was tooooo sour and could not be consumed 4. Buffet spread was limited as compared to other 5 stars in India

Hospitality was at its best. The way staff treated us. Surprised us with ballon decoration and cake twice. During our meals, staff was very courteous

Room upgrade could have been better. We stayed for 2N and booked for half board so was obviously expecting a much better free upgrade.
